At least 320 bodies have been discovered buried in a mass grave at the destroyed Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Younis, just weeks after a similar mass grave containing up to 400 bodies was discovered amid the ruins of Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City. Some of the bodies, which include children, medical staff and patients, appear to have been executed or buried alive. Meanwhile, Israel continues its bombardment of Gaza as its assault of the beleaguered enclave surpasses 200 days. “Every single body that is being unearthed, you find tens of people rushing for the sake of identifying whether those are their relatives,” says Akram al-Satarri, a journalist based in Gaza. “Some of the people were tied. Some of the people had medical accessories on their hands, like the cannulas. And when they were unearthed from the ground, it was apparent that they were buried alive. Some people were tortured. Some of the bodies were extremely mutilated, which means that those bodies, some of their organs were taken by the Israeli occupation.”

My grandmother was a Holocaust survivor from Poland and I have family in Israel. My grandmother told me a lot about her experiences, and this war has already surpassed the speed and cruelty of the Holocaust. I can't believe this genocide is still occurring, and with full US support. The US tried to at least prevent Israel from continuing to attack Rafah, but the IDF just kills a few dozen people there a day so they can say it's just 'small operations' and not a full scale attack. Palestinians have dealt with decades of oppression and violence from the Israeli government, and it seems now they are trying to finish the job. I know the US government is in a difficult and complex situation with Israel, but we need to be brave enough to stand up for what's right and demand a ceasefire and massive humanitarian aid efforts. We are on the wrong side of this and history will remember that.

Learn from Armenian Genocide. More than one and a half million children, women and elderly were killed at the start of 20th century. 108 years later, in 2023, it is repeated again. This time Azerbaijan, the brother to Turkey, has forcefully removed 180 thousand civilians from their ancestral land known as Artsakh, also it destroys Armenian cultural heritage (demolish churches into sand so that they can re-write the history and say ''They have never been here... ) And the world looks and does nothing... Because majority of the countries and governments have their special interests... They're interested in getting oil, other resources, or land, or in destabilization of the region so that a favourable corrupt governments can be implanted... At the end, it's the special financial interests and the money that control these evil directives...
