On my Baggers, I run the S&S 2-1 Sidewinder (long tube) Exhaust (short 2-1's leave a lot on the table for a street bike) and tune with Dynojet Power Vision. I run the wideband O2 sensors. For newer (2021 and newer) Baggers, I use the Dynojet PV3b and TT-8 wideband sensors kit. Fuel Moto has excellent Maps for all sorts of combinations or as a starting point to then autotune (or put her on a Dyno).
When doing a build, and for best results, ensure that the engine components "Match" and play well together...static compression ratio (& dynamic comp. ratio), flow rates (Heads, ports, valve sizes, intake manifold, etc.), and exhaust system dynamics. A poor exhaust system (including baffle choice) can rob lots of power and torque.

Went over with my mechanic about duels or 2- 1 ... Ended up going with a Reinhart 2- 1 . On the dyno I ended up with 7 more horsepower. And the sound of that thing,, phenomenal..

Good sound for 2in1. I have an older SE race tuner as mine is an 08 Softail. I love it and made my own program for it and then just tweaked it on a dyno.
2-1 is the way to go. Heavy bike, needs all the horse torques. I use the power vision. Welcome fellow T-bagger.

That sounds is intoxicating!!! Maybe time for some speaker upgrades like some 6.5 and 1 inch tweeters in the lid , you a nice lil parking lot pumping 4.5 speakers. Two speakers in the fairing , two in the kids for the bags in 1 8 inch sub in one of the bags !!Another awesome addition to the bike , hey you know you could just score a used Harley Davidson rear wheel the Prodigy and they did make it in a rear 18” . Keep the videos coming guys so loving this build.
I would love to do the prodigy 18 but it's too wide unfortunately! I have to stick with the skinny tire stuff because it's pre 2008

I’m a 2 into 1 guy and your bike sounds killer. Power Vision is on my bike. Easy to use and hasn’t let me down in the 5 years I’ve had it.

After riding it for awhile now, so happy we went with the Trask Exhaust. It's awesome
I have a 2022 FXBB. I put a Fuel Moto Jackpot 2 into 1 🍀exhaust on it, I went with a Wood’s 22XE cam, and stock everything else. It was tuned with a Screamin Eagle Street Tuner and a Screamin Eagle Auto-Tuner. I got 128.0 foot pounds of torque and around 112.8 horsepower. I don’t know that anything else besides a stage three would get me much more power.

Your exhaust sounds really good and it looks good .I like what your doing to the 05 RG.I have a two into one Rhinehart on a 03 RG. It's a long pipe with my performance upgrades it also sounds really good too.Tanya here's a tip for pulling the bike up off the kickstand from ride like a pro website. You tube Jerry Paladino the instructor. Turn the handle bars to the right it transfers the weight to the rt side as your pulling from the left. Making it so easy. Try it. Rich.

😎 2 into 1 is nice as Long as the muffler is long enough to get the sound past the passenger. It also does give more power..

2 into 1 all day! If I could post pictures I'd show you the 4 harleys in my garage, ALL with 2 into 1's
I just rebuilt my '05 RK injected (did an 88 > 95 bbk, pnp heads, .030 head gasket instead of the .045 head gasket, equalling about 10.8:1 comp). I used to run a Power Commander 5 with a stock ecu while it was stock - however - I made a change to a Thundermax and I have to admit - it's the best upgrade I've done yet. Got mine from Fuel Moto and they got me a basetune that included my S&S 510C cams and a 2-into-1, so it was very close right out of the box. Dumped the tune in, did some "kickstand tuning" per Thundermax's instructions out here on RUclips University - then put 50 miles on it. By the time I did the "Auto Tune" - it had made the changes necessary to put it right where the AFR's and tuning was close enough that I can REALLY feel a difference now.
Hands-down, Thundermax gets my vote. It's not cheap - but you guys seem to want to put the extra work-in for some good stuff. That's my experience thus far.

That’s a freaking sweet looking bike!! You can’t beat the sound of the 2-1. I use FP3 I bought it as a beginner tune. I also just got my bike crammed with the tw-222 and I was thinking of getting my bike Dyno tuned for maximum performance. The FP3, Power vision are great tuners.. but you will never get it dialed in unless it’s dyno tuned. Love your build 🤙🏼
Switch to the ThunderMax ECM...... you will never need to pay someone to Dyno Tuned your engine. You start by telling ThunderMax exactly what you have on your specific bike ( Air filter & pipes) and they will preload the exact map on your ECM. Then, if and when you make additional mods they will send you a new map. And if something funky happens to your engine the ThunderMax ECM can record what the engine is doing, you email them the record file and they will help with diagnosis. These guys have amazing customer support. And the tuner will learn for there to dial into your riding style for even better performance.

The 05 FLTR RD looks proper. I prefer duels but the 2 into 1 fits the build. New to the handle but not to riding. Good humor, energy and times. Thanks for sharing. Cheers.

That is one bad ass exhaust system, sounds great! For my 2005 Superglide my only mods are a full Freedom Performance exhaust & for tuning I use a Cobra 2000 Fuel Enhancer which is so simple to set up, no computer needed, my throttle is crisp & smooth & power delivery is constant throughout the entire rev range, check out the reviews on the Cobra. Hey guys another great video, it does sound fantastic. So if you plan on doing a cam, go with the power vision from Fuel Moto. Anyone else selling it has all those new epa requirements. If not going for a cam V&H works great. Can even set decel pop.
Brrrro what you Talkin bout Willis, my V&H FP4 has none of the EPA bullshit on my 2020 SGS I've got a Fueling cam, Trask assault AF, and Full CFR exhaust and I can tell you this V&H remote tuned my bike for exactly what's done to it, techs name is Jason and he's a fucking wizard, but just my experience.....

Having run multiple set ups on different bikes I prefer a 2 into 1 because it seems to put the power lower in the RPM’s BUT a 2 into 2 sounds way better on a down shift. I run a Thundermax now which replaced a FP3. For me a wide band set up was a night and day difference that really woke my bike up. If you’re not going to run a wide band every thing else is a waste IMO. You guys really transformed that bike! 👏

I've got 2-1 on all 3 of my bikes. They work like headers and better torque right out of the hole. Thunder Header on my FXRS, Vance & Hines on my 96 FXDWG and Supper Trap on my 99 Ultra. All sound excellent and so mean, low rumble.

I was a bit “ skeptical” at first, but the 2 into 1 looks pretty cool.
I like the Heat Shields (Satin) they make the black pipes pop.
Without the Bag Cut Outs, the bike will look fine from behind.
Now with a loud exhaust, I think you guys are going to need to Upgrade the Stereo; because you won’t be hearing it; with all the Exhaust Noise at 70 Miles an Hour. 😂💯

I use a local shop for tuning. I was a duals vote but that exhaust looks and sound awesome. Consider me converted. For a road glide anyway. I’m on a Tri glide so it’s only duels for me. Until I get me a night train as well.

same as a lot of others... not a fan of 2 into 1, but that set up on that bike is great and the sound is amazing. Also think the brushed metal guards on the pipes is a perfect style fit for that bike.

My son had them install, jackpot headers, Rinehart mufflers, and a stage 1 tune. They flash turned it?. I will eventually work on it more and have it Dyno tuned.
The sound is awesome and the transformation of the Road Glide is stunning! The exhaust should wake up the 88.

PowerVision tuner is what I use & most professional dyno tuners would recommend
Thundermax. If you have any problems with it, you do a data run with the bike and their people can help troubleshoot. I have had mine for about 7000 miles. No problems so far. 2019 RGS, D&D 2 into 1, Redshift 468 cam, adjustable pushrods, new lifters and new inner cam bearing. I waited to install everything until the bike was out of warranty. (Two and a half years and about 20,000 miles.) I live at sea level. The bike has been from my home, to the Smokey Mountains. Bike ran good at all elevations.

That sounds awesome, I just recently decided to go with a 2 into 1 on my 19 Road glide instead of a head pipe. More HP and a incredible sound! Fuck looks keep your duals, I'll wave as I pass at 120mph

I have the same jack and it is amazing; I will say that I don't use air tools to raise/lower, but it looks like it works out for you. As far as the 2 into 1; not my thing but I can appreciate the sound/performance.

I'm with her, not a 2 into 1 fan by any means, but that one sounds badass. Due to the mid length of the pipe it looks right at home.
If you are looking for PERFORMANCE 2 into 1 is the way to go.
That’s really cool, I use a pitbull lift, it not only lifts 1500 pounds you can roll it around anywhere you need to. I use mine for maintenance on my Goldwing, I wash my bike off the ground. I love it!! Love your videos guys. Hoosier Wing ⭐️💫🇺🇸😊

It looks good this shorty, like the King of the Baggers! Tuning on my EG ‘16 is done with the SE pro street tuner (orange box). The can adjust the Kenfields per 500rpm at the Dyno! But…….this thing is not for sale anymore and is coupled at your bike and VIN. “Revelator Alf” did it with the Fp2 but was not happy at all!!!!
Tonya I’m with you honey the duals looks so much better on a bagger. As for a tuner I went through Revzilla and they told me exactly what fuel tuner to get for my bike. The only pain is down loading everything for the maps so you can fine tune the fuel and air. They do have one you can just hook up and it tunes it self. The one I bought has the maps so you can go in and fine tune it on your laptop.

I'm ordering both the lift and dolly like those as soon as possible.....I've been running duals for what seems like forever didn't like the two into one look , then I tried the 2-1 and holy shit...... They not only sounded super rowdy..... My low end performance felt amazing. Good choice with the Trask ..... Looks and sounds badass good job guys.
