What cheat tool are you using to achieve these results? 3 shots to kill the big cat? It takes way more damage than that. You've definitely got some sort of damage boosting cheat.
I'm suspicious of "cheats", too. Only, I think it's more likely stuff like savestates and slow down i.e. the tools used for TAS. As for that giant cat, pretty sure it can be defeated this quickly by closing in and quick shots.

Probably turbo controller because there are more than 3 shot damage sounds
