I agree Clinique is under rated . I have mature skin . Loved the eye pencils mascara. And the foundation. I never hear anyone talking about the Ouma Beauty. I was looking at the blush and highlighter
The Clinique line has been a mainstay of my skincare/makeup for at least 35 years. Their products never disappoint. PS I was also wearing Black Honey in the early 80s! Lol
The skincare is testing is so cool! They have real people test it and report on it. They spare no expense on ingredients either. It’s really good!
Me too with the BH! It was new and fresh way back then!
Clinique became known about the same time Coach became available to the 30 somethings who are now in their 60’s. Clinique is still top shelf, but with the introduction of Sephora and so many new products, Coach and Clinique fell to the way side.
I may be misunderstanding what you said, but Coach was more original than Clinique. I’m an old lady 😊 and I had a Coach purse before Clinique ever came on the market.
@@janearcher3167 Yes, Coach has been around since 1947, but the poor souls (like me) had not heard about them or afford them yet. Buying a Coach bag back then was almost like buying a Channel or Hermes bag today, except for the hoops you have to jump through now for those ridiculously priced bags.
Also, I was still in the drug store buying makeup. Ponds cold cream was how we removed makeup, so when Clinique came out it was amazing. I was in my early 30’s. I hope this clears any confusion.
I used Clinique back in the 80s/90s.
I love the Clinique Serm Foundation but less is definitely more. I set it with the Givenchy Prism loose powder and I love the result

I LOVE Clinique! Their Dramatically Different moisturizer, foundations, lipsticks, moisture surge moisturizer in particular.
I am jumping for joy that you tried Clinique Even Better Serum Foundation. It is my absolute favorite!! Next to that, my other Clinique tried and true favorite is the original Even Better Foundation. I have been wearing then for over 15 years. Give it another try. Shake the bottle and only use a thin layer, one pump max. It is so easy to wear and feels so light. Love you Allie and all of your content!!!
That It cosmetics blush that you used Allie is one of my all time favorite blushes. It’s one of the only blushes that I’ve actually used up the whole thing twice. It’s so beautiful for fairer skin tones. It’s supposed to like adapt to everyone’s skin it’s stunning on you❤
I love Clinique! I have some of their foundations and lip products. Their skincare is also very nice. Beauty influencers don't talk about Clinique, but they are still a very big company and do very well.
I try foundations and always go,back to Clinique. It just works well for me. Right now I’m using the stay matte oil free foundation. I just wish they had more colors for their foundations.

I have always had some type of Clinique products since I was a teen. I def do suggest you use less of that foundation. I did way too much my first time and it caked up on my chin and mouth. But I tried it again with just one thin layer and it ended up beautiful. Also their little blushes are so good too.
Clinique is that classic skincare and makeup line that millennials remember exploring in middle school, dumped it in our 20's but then gave it another try in our 30's and remembered why it's the OG! Highly underrated!!

I love Clinique continuous coverage and it was like that I was taught by a cosmetologist at Clinique to wear the yellow moisturizer with it and it thinned it out perfectly! Your makeup looks beautiful Allie I ordered the cosmos palette and can’t wait to get it 😊❤
I picked up that same lip liner just last week, the same way like, “Oh I’ve never heard of this shade, but it’s pretty.” And I’ve been loving it!

I hated that foundation, until I learn to use it. Half pump for all face and using a fluffy brush, I use a clinique one. Aplying by sections is important too. Now is one of my favourites.
I haven’t tried that foundation, but the Clinique even better concealer is my fave!!!

Yes! Please do a review on the Bare Minerals Serum foundation. They use to have a serum foundation years ago and discontinued it. It was amazing, so I am super curious about this new serum product!!😊
I love the Clinique foundation. I made the same mistake and over applied a couple of times but once I got the amount right, it is stunning.

Clinique and Estee Lauder were my first department store brands back in the late 1970s, lol. I thought that the Clinique serum foundation looked really good on you. I was blown away by the blush and the lip liner colors on you, though, Allie! Those are keepers for sure. The balm color was okay but not fabulous IMO. I think you could have done a clear gloss and been good to go over that lip liner color!
Your skin looked like it was glowing! Gorgeous 💜 I do the same with my eyes, using a bit of blush, added highlighter, lip liner + gloss (that one was really pretty 😢it tasted weird), of course mascara, brows and a tiny bit of powder 🤌💁🏼♀️💜
I went through 1 bottle of that Clinique foundation. It means a lot because I am a foudation gal and I buy a lot of different formulas. This foundation is also perfect for oily skin. I love it! And the coverage is insane. Highly recommend. Sending love from Poland!❤P.S. I just came back from Prague and as a souvenir I have brought a Dermacol foundation. It was one of the first formulas used and loved in Hollywood movies in the past. Now they have a new generation of high coverage formula. I loooove it. Hope you can try it in the US too. ❤

That Clinique foundation is one of my most recommended! I absolutely loooove it and was BLOWN away with how much pigment it has for a serum foundation. Definitely don’t need a lot 😂

I use the L’Oréal Infallible blush to smooth my pores. Love that blush and will literally last forever since I barely even touch the blush since it’s so pigmented. And that lip liner is beautiful! I got a L’Oréal lip liner in a coffee color and it looked so pretty! I’m going to browns on the lips! They look so pretty.
I feel like no one is talking about the Revolution mousse blushes. Now, I don't really like this brand but the packaging spoke to me. They are the best blushes on the market for me. They come in 5 shades as far as I know. All perfect!❤

I was a PC for Clinique for years. I KNEW they would tell you Even Better was what you should try. I love the Brand and I still use some Clinique skincare products. I’m glad they are getting some love, the skincare is great.

I’m so glad I caught this video where you tried the Clinique foundation. I had a Diamond reward at Ulta and was able to get this for free. We must be shade twins because I use Mont Blanc in the NARS Light Reflecting Foundation just like you (when I am not self-tanned). I can’t believe this Flax shade is the lightest they make…I know there must be fairer complexions out there other than ours.

Allie, did you change the way you do your eyebrows? They look especially nice in this video I thought! You’re so lovely and kind, yet honest. I love that you got a chance to go out and select some things YOU wanted to try out instead of PR and stuff. I recently started using the Bare Minerals liquid serum foundation and it has quickly become my favorite.
I got the Ulta brand mascara in the hot pink tube & I love it. It was in a freebie goodie bag. I like it better than Lash Paradise. It has a great brush, stays on all day & I like the formula. I especially like the price!! My new favorite! I don't know how it reacts to water, but it removes easily with Dollar Store makeup wipes.
I like a full coverage foundation. I use the iT Bye Bye Under Eye Concealer mixed with primer as my foundation. Perfect!!!!!

ALLIE !!! You need to talk about the IRL whipped lip by Makeup Revoluton (in the lightest shade). It's a HOLY GRAIL for pale girls, I've never found a shade light enough for me in liquid lipsticks that's ACTUALLY pink. All light colors are usually neutral or bland ❤️❤️❤️ I think it's also an awesome color for an ombre lip.

Clinique Serum foundation is my go to. It says to apply it with your fingers. That’s what I do then press it in with a brush. Your skin looks amazing with this look. More Clinique and Estée Lauder please! 😍

I hope one day you will try the Mac fix stay over spray (the white bottle) i love the charlotte tilbury setting spray and this Mac one even works better! It feels lighter non drying. Charlotte tilbury one at some days i would feel something on my face if u get what i mean❤

I find that Clinique foundation a bit finicky. It definitely doesn’t wear well for me, especially if I try to build it up I get dry/thick patches. Definitely less is more with that one, but even then I have foundations that wear much better on me and that I don’t have to be so ”careful” with. I’m not sure if it’s the serum in it, but it definitely doesn’t wear well if I use a hyaluronic acid primer or if I add powder or setting spray on top. I’ve nearly finished the whole bottle but only because it’s expensive and I’m stubburn! Looking forward to finishing it and opening something new.
I really loved the style of your check in at the end of the night! It really seemed like you were so much more relaxed and casual about it, which was kind of refreshing. I also really hope you try out that foundation again because I've seen Lisa j review it but I would love to hear your full review.

I've been enjoying No. 7 stick foundation enormously. I found the perfect color for me--cool vanilla. I think my coloring is similar to yours; Dark hair, fair skin with a pink unertone. Would love to see your take on it. it's drugstore so fairly affordable. Love your videos!

Love, love, love this video! Went into a Cosmetic Outlet today and they were full of Clinique products. I’m going back soon! Have or would you ever consider pairing up with an elementary classroom (I teach 5th grade) to help promote positive self esteem? I’ve worked on mine all summer and have been watching your videos and several others religiously. Found STEM kits on Amazon where classes could make lip balms, bath bombs, etc, but rather pricey when you are buying for 30 students. I’d really like to see something like this occur to help my students and make my classroom unique and exciting. Thoughts?? ❤❤Susan
