This video was playing on the ship's entertainment system when we made a crossing in 2017. I watched it twice a day for 14 days. So great to find it on RUclips. Thanks!
I still remember when Cunard announced the building of the QM2. She's been sailing for 20 years now and I've only seen her once. My wife and I were spending our honeymoon on the Queen Mary in Long Beach when they sailed the QM2 past her. They each blew their horns in salute. It was very touching. That's most likely the only time I'll ever see the QM2.
I will say that while QM2 is a very beautiful liner, no liner will ever be as beautiful as ship #T5 built in this same shipyard, better known as Normandie.
Thanks for posting Mark! Awesome New content 👏🏼 I’ve seen quite a few QM2 documentaries, but this one is great! I like how you find some of the best documentaries that might not be well known
it seems I've come to the right channel here. you might just be the person to help me. you have a very impressive collection of titanic films, and I was wondering if you have the titanic documentary that was paired with the movie "sos titanic?" they used to have a double vhs package and the documentary was really superb and loved the music there. and I've been trying to find it to no avail. do you or anyone know the documentary I'm talking about? many thanks in advance
Hello. I was wondering if you might be able to upload Sinking the Lusitania: An American tragedy. By Smithsonian. I'd live to see it, but it's only available in the USA!

Such a great film about such a magnificent ocean liner, and very interesting. Thank you for making it

The exterior certainly does not have the poise and grace of the old ocean liners
Your right but at least you get your bathroom
It's American owned not British.
