I have plantar fasciitis also for about 30 years. Same as you, woke up and couldn't hardly make it to the restroom. For many years I had to get shots in my heals till one day I asked my Dr about applying heat. He said ice packs and stretching my feet upwards. Game changer for me. I haven't had another shot forever now! So glad I asked because he wasn't about to tell me. Good luck with yours, I hope you get relief soon. 😊

Hi Rosie! I'm so sorry & concerned for you. Plantar Fascitis, omgawd, I had that years ago. It's excruciating pain. Please see a top notch Podiatrist. Have him tape up your feet and he will custom make orthotics for you. He should also give you Specific stretches prior to you getting out of bed. The last thing you want is surgery. You would be casted for 6 months!! Also, get a golf ball and as painful as it is in the beginning roll your bare foot onto it. Good Luck Rosie!!! Love your videos ❤. Your work is beautiful!

Well hello and welcome, I took your advice and i found a golf ball and i did exactly what you said "rolled" it under my foot and heel, wow did it hurt, but i was able to get out of bed this morning and walk to the bathroom with just a little pain, not having to hold walls and squattle there, YAY, thank you! I plan on carrying that golf ball around everywhere I go, lol. I'm trying not to go to the dr with it, thank you for that GREAT advice, God bless
