    Why not designate a suitable place where people *can* camp? They have to go somewhere.

      @@ernie734 Maybe, but so what? Telling them to move out of one area just means they have to go somewhere else in town. Maybe it makes them desperate enough to turn to crime. The city's problem doesn't get better.

      @@Spearcathen they should move somewhere else not at a park where’s there’s children. Most them people do drugs throw their needles everywhere.
