Thanks for the guide! My gym is $100 a month so between Lindsey and I it works out to $2400/yr. It's cool to see how fast investing in equipment can pay itself back

That is exactly my point! The gym really does have its trade offs, but the long term cost is somethign worth noting.

Instead of getting a crappie rack. For the same price for that junk. You can get a T3 squat stand that was a 1000lbs rating and turn it into a good rack over time. Titan is definitely not the best, but its was better that that rack, also you can build it up over time. Plus, the attachments are way better

That T3 is more than $100 more expensive.
This rack comes with safety bars and the T3 4 post doesn’t and it’s more expensive.
My rack can also use the same hole sizes, which can also be upgraded over time. It’s really not a bad rack.
But, the T3 4-post is a better rack.
Maybe something to upgrade to one day

@christopherdedeck incorrect, sir. The T3 squat stand short is only 269 right now. And you can convert it to a half rack later as you get the funds.yes. The spotter arms are separate, but they are very beefy compared to that Amazon rack. Will last a lot longer and have better attachments. Also the T3 has Westside spacing. That is way better for when benching.

Membership prices through the roof? C'mon we all know we go to those $10/mon gyms.
