Hi, can u explain steps 1 by 1 pls? Thanks. I mean cleansing , hydra dermabrasion, then scrubber . When to use RF and cold hammer? Also pls tell do we use RF without ultrasound gel or anyother lotion? And cold hammer do we use it on dry face before applying sheet mask?
Hi, the order step by step is here:
Step 1: Remove makeups and clean.
Step 2: Apply toner.
Step 3: Apply blackhead export liquid+hot
steam (on enlarged pores and severely clogged area; Apply toner on cheeks; It is recommended
to apply toner+cold steam for sensitive skin.)
Wait for 5-8 min.
Step 4: Hydra dermabrasion operation: Press gently on forehead with the crystal tip for
3-5 times, then brace the forehead tightly and stay for a second, and then gently twist
the probe with your finger and pick it up; Each treatment area should be right next to
another(forehead→nose→chin→cheeks) You can double the operation on T zone where pores
are severely clogged.
Step 5: Skin Scrubber operation: Wet face with drenched cotton pad, then tilt the scrubber
at a 45°angle and slowly move around the face;
Start with nose and double the treatment if needed on nose, 3-6 times.
Step 6: Start from chin, brace the skin in lines to keep the treatment surface tight,
3-6 times.
Step 7: Do the same on the other side.
Step 8: Brace the skin vertically towards
hairline on forehead, 3-6 times.
Step 9: Apply hydrating mask and treat together with hot steam. Wait for 10 min.
Step 10: Cleanse facial skin.
Step 11: Massage and apply massage cream on face evenly and caress the treatment area,
3 times.
Step 12: Press the following acupoints: Ren-24,Du-26, St-4, St-6, LI-20, BI-1, BI-2, EM3,
TE-23, the Temples, Gb-1, St-1, St-2 3 times.
Step 13: Caress the entire face, 2 times.
Step 14: Lift the treatment area with both hands as if plucking the string.
Step 15: Alternate hands in lifting the treatment area on one side as if plucking the string.
Step 16: Alternate hands in lifting in three lines, tracing from chin to earlobe, mouth
corner to ear gate, nose wing to temple on one side of the face, 3 times.
Step 17: Lift the corner of the eye with “scissor hand gesture” on one side, 3-5 times.
Step 18: Lift towards hairline on forehead, 3-5 times.
Step 19: Repeat the same techniques on the other side.
Step 20: Brace skin with both hands on forehead as if writing letter‘Z’, slide to the
ear back and force for 3 times and then slide to the back of the ear.
