    Brandon, you are the real g. Your channel is my favorite, followed your advice and i have a good paying job in b2b sales at a corporate firm now, and they treat their employees good. I have narcolepsy, a rare sleep disorder but have been working 5 to 7 days a week for the past 2 years. Been grinding and working out and it is fanilly paying off.     Great advice, I know this will help a lot! Small tip, turn the gain on your mic down slightly, it will balance out the levels when you emphasize speech and will help with pop. Keep up the great videos.

    I also add this..
    Sleep with a window open, always get fresh air when your sleeping
    keep the room minimalistic and zen.. no cell phone no distractions.
    sleep on the floor.. on a futon and japanese grass mat.. better for your spine and back and body.
    dont sleep with alarm .. allow your body to wake up naturally

    Off topic but I don't know what to do. Currently I am 17, I spent extra time in high school to get to a higher level of education, but now I do IT and then delve into cyber security, but I have no passion for it and any other education is not for me either. plus the 9 to 5 life seems like a bad future to me. what would you do in my situation? I thought of trading stocks but you need money for that to begin with

    My career causes me to sleep all over times, no steady sleep due to working flips of am,pms and midnight shifts. What to do?

      God will show you a way , but if there is no option , your health is number 1 ,
      So try to find a new job in your career that doesn't take away your sleep and then slowly and gradually try to enter that new job .

      Lol i don’t think you need to change career or job because of less sleep. Just try your best to get as much sleep. Maybe use melatonin especially if you are sleeping when the sun’s out. It’s not the end of the world if you don’t get optimal sleep.

    I don’t sleep at all a couple times a week and I never get sick and none of the symptoms you mentioned. I might just be different but pls don’t try this at home lol pls consult your doctor before reducing your sleep lol😅
