Cause they are different universes? GTA San Andreas is the 3D universe, just like GTA 3 and Vice City. GTA IV and V are HD universe. That's why you won't see the same characters in GTA V and San Andreas. Same goes for car makes ;)
If you like the retro custom, you should look up RWB or Rauh Welt Begrif. The guy (Nakai San) custom builds massiv body kits for air cooled Porsche 911s. His personal car is called pandora one btw. But yea you should look him and RWB in general up.

favorite i would say comet sr at first but after i bought it yesterday and the dissapointing amount of upgrades im more likely to say comet retro. sr looks awesome standard but the upgrades are in my opinion too much of a dissapointment so i say... the pfister comet retro custom.

Acceleration test was totally wrong cause the road of airport (including LS Freeway) has stricted top speed, so a proper test should be taken on the street of los santos downtown which doesn't have a stricted top speed.

Subaru didnt rally back in the 80s I believe. It was mostly Audi, Ford, Lancia, and a few other teams.
Mike Tyson the 911 RS was completed at the end of that eras rally races
