This is a very nice introduction to RNA-seq data analysis, focussing on data quality and reproducibility. There is also a discussion of strategies for intron junction mapping. Sound quality is quite low in certain portions of the presentation.
Tutorial is ok. The questions are not audible. His pointer on the slide is not visible and many times he writes on the board which obviously you cannot see. So overall you might get some value of this.
