I hated these photos on the day I took them. Now a week later, I kinda like them lol. When I don't shoot for a while, I kind of lose my "sense", does this happen to anyone else? Also, x100v video coming next.
This is super relatable. I often find myself "discovering" some photos on my not yet formatted sd cards that I actually like and deem usable. Pretty much the reason why I wanted to buy some more sd cards to increase this passive backup time and prevent potentially nice photos from getting lost
Hi I would like to know how to prevent the water when shooting in the rain, because so far as I know the GR3 it's not waterproofed. Thank you very much for response.
I know what you're saying, but I love photography. So for me, I'm happiest when actively shooting all the time, as opposed to not doing it because I'm feeling lazy.
Really cool video!! It would have been useful to know what settings you used for the white balance and the effect; because that changes a lot for the Ricoh GRIII and I am always keen to try out new recipes…but still thank you for the content!
Too many disclaimers 😆 street photog is simply about using the camera to enjoy your time on the street and vise versa using the street to enjoy taking photos...shots can be of anything
So this is why i dont buy a GR cam. You basically have to choose your shots and settings based on the camera at night. This is not the way its supposed to be. If it was a true street photographers camera it would be be better at night. Daytime cams are easy to find for less money.
I was contemplating buying the GR III but looking at those shorts taken, I have second thoughts. Perhaps this camera GR III is not made for night photography. My Samsung mobile phone takes greater night shots.😂
Another "photographer" talking out his ass, if you suck at taking pictures in suboptimal lighting, you suck at photography, no camera is gonna change the facts

Wow, I'm waiting for X100V!! probably my next ''walking camera''
I await your judgment before buying it

@@MeinAliasIstCool haha I own way too many sd cards and often like to roam the old hard drives as well

love that shopping cart photo, the lighting is stunning
That's the exact feel I want in my photos. Could you maybe show how you go about editing them? Looks fantastic
Do you have comparison ricoh with mobile phones cameras? On paper APS-C should be definitely better, but is there real advantage?

is it the humidity that makes it look like you're using a mist filter?
Are you using a mist filter in these shots?
Love the mood of these photos~ taking a break sometimes could be good for your mental health though 😝 don’t be too harsh on yourself 🤗

what ricoh preset did you use? Or you post-process them using some lut?
Great video dude! UAE is a crazy looking place. Love the glow from the haze!
Thanks bro
great shots!...you created a great mood with the PP
Thanks very much
What is that preset. A kind of hazy blue. Cool pics.
Not a preset
@@teemu.mp4 Sorry. I mean, how did you create it? If you made a preset. Thanks!

Thanks, never changed those in-camera, awb and standard picture profile.
What is your metering set at?
It was a content that fascinated me with your video and feelings. Thank you.
Appreciate that
Do you use the film preset in the GR like positive film?
Not currently just because i wanna streamline the editing process and use the same profile for every camera
great little video! Did you pick up the camera from Dubai? or did you order it online?
I bought it last year in Thailand. I think they might not sell it in Dubai locally.
@@teemu.mp4 Bangkok? im traveling to Phuket in 2 weeks... would you know if I could pick it up from there?
@@ashishsaxena2612 yea was in bkk. Never been to Phuket so I'm not sure
You should visit the other cities in the UAE. You will find all the allies that you are looking for. Ajman & Abu Dhabi are highly recommended 👌
Love the colors of your photos. Great mood. Post or SOOC?

I agree but theres people out there who scoff at anything other than shooting candid bw portraits of strangers at 35mm or wider... Lol
🎉🎊
just got my Gr3 😢 slightly disappointed my iPhone taking better pics, and in your case 05:33 05:36 great example that pics are edited to max 😔😔😔

Well the gr has a different selling point. The insanely small form factor and weight. That's ultimately what you're paying for in this case.
