Just to be certain, there's no sugar in the tea or coffee sugar lifts. Can you confirm this please? Cheers, Nick

Yes cuz what I have understand that "Sugar lifts" is the method's term

@@NasserAlhameli yes, just a term used, because orginally it was just a sugar mixture, but other things that don't have sugar also work
