If you think about it, this is actually pretty intense. At least, for Saitama. Remember, he *broke* his human limits with this training. He went from being a normal businessman with no experience in training to full on, no buildup moderate strength training with no previous mental or physical preparation. Whatsoever. I would probably go insane if I was to do that. Also, in OPM's world, if you're obsessed with something so much, then you may actually mutate into that thing. Think of Crablante and the custom car dude. The same process happened to Saitama, he was so obsessed with becoming ridiculously strong, that he mutated. And lost his hair. And emotion.

It has been speculated that the power Saitama possesses is something that all humans have, but its locked inside and Saitama manage to unlock it not exactly through his traning but hes sheer determination to become a hero,to become stronger. You know most of the monsters in the anime were humans that transformed after becomeing corupted by negative emotions such as greed, sadism, anger, etc. So those people might have taped into a fraction of that iner-power,with their negative emotions,to become monsters. But Saitama's selfless desire to become a hero to help others and not for fame or money, allowed him to tap into the full limitless potential of hes iner-power.

I've started documenting myself to attempt this workout. However, I did have some physical and mental preparation before starting it, unlike the massive legend saitama. As of this comment, I've completed day 12 and hes right, this shit is not easy, but the hardest part is the food. 3 meals a day never felt enough for me and I was losing too much energy, so I stuck to a protein diet to gain mass and swore off any junk.
To anyone here who thinks this is impossible, its difficult, but it's most certainly possible once you understand your limitations, prepare your body before starting this challenge. I'm only going to stick to it for 100 days, god knows I wouldn't do this for 3 years, but we shall see how it turns out.
Day 30: mother of God the results are incredible! Minor of course, but I never expected to get any after this long lol, definitely gonna keep this up and after passing this, highly recommend others do this workout! It works!!

Guys no bull this workout legitimately works. I've started doing it as a joke(5KM run, 50 push ups, 50 squats and 50 sit ups since i couldn't do more than that) last month and now after 30 days i will confirm that i actually got quite a bit fitter. It may look like a simple workout but let me assure you at the beginning you will really feel like killing yourself(especially after push ups and running, sit ups and squats aren't that bad) but after a week or two it will become much easier.

There is no secret meaning about what he said about his training. It's as simple as every word he says. Do pushups do sit ups run every day. Eat healthy. Go about your day with care. And you will reach strength you never had. All other things you will attract along the way. The ultimate level to reach being as calm as he is in every situation. Strength is the only thing that matters in this world, everything else is just an illusion. Iam training as well. Removing everthing that's effects me negatively but, I noticed a lot of frustration within my soul. An impatiance.. need to overcome. Need to feel alive. To protect. To eventually love and die.

I decided to do this workout! I will update the comment regularly, starting today (Day 1), but first some data about myself.
    Age: 17
    Living in: Romania
    Height: 1.86m
Weight: 86 kg (a considerable part of it is fat though. I barely do a 3 correct pull ups, but I'm ok with the push ups, sit ups and squats)
    DAY 1:
    For today I did:
100 push ups, 100 sit ups and 100 squats in series of 20 each.
I didn't have time for the run as I decided to start this workout just an hour before I had to start preparing for school.
    Day 2:
    For today I did:
A 5 km run (with some walking when I was getting exhausted. I hope I will get to 10 km. soon)
    50 push ups
    50 squats
50 sit ups (my muscles were hurting after yesterday's workout)
    Day 3:
    Ran: 5 km.
Unfortunately, I was too busy with homework to do the force training and my muscles were still hurting. I hope that tomorrow will be a better day.
    Day 4:
Ran: 0 km (the weather was anything but appropriate for running)
Did: 60 push ups, 60 squats and 60 sit ups (somewhere under that thick layer of fat, my abs were burning like hell)
I think I may have to take a break this weekend, but I'll see it then.
    Day 5:
Idk how and Idk why, maybe it was the little feast we had in the evening, maybe it was the training during the previous days, maybe it was both, but I managed to do:
    A 6.5 km run
    100 push ups
    100 squats
    and
    100 sit ups
    Day 6:
    100 push ups
    100 squats
    100 sit ups
Run: I don't like mud. It's slimy, stinky and irritating and it gets everywhere!

Many people who go to the gym don't really train these muscle groups.
I've been going to the gym for over 2 years now, and I started incorporating 100 push-ups, 100 squats and 100 crunches daily.
I can tell you that my muscles were quite sore on day 2, which lasted until day 4. On day 5, the pain was mostly gone and you can do these workouts without pain.
I still need to break them up a bit, but generally I get about a minute or so in between reps. I do 50 crunches and 50 squats without breaks... but for push-ups, I need breaks after 20.
I took ibuprofen on day 3 as I could barely move and it was the only way I could complete that workout.
Either way, I would say, go for it.
If you give yourself 24 hour in between workouts, it should be enough time for your muscles to recuperate - plus, if you eat within 20 mins of the workout, it helps in muscle buildup.
As for 10k run... I needed to pause the jogging at first as my legs felt like led pipes during the first few days.
This kind of training helps you workout with your own body weight as opposed to using machines, etc.
You stress your muscles in a different way. For me, it seems to be a bit more effective than machine training to be honest.

the point is not to only do the training but to keep doing it no matter what. and that's actually a way to break your limits

I know its supposed to be a joke but if you are able to do the same training every single day then you are easily beyond human. Everyone gives up sooner or later (mind or body). For just one day or something. Doing it every day is a conviction that could create some incredible results. But who since noone actually does it. Off course probably anyone's body would just give up but there are all kinds of Navy seal guys who say you just need to push your body beyond pain to evolve

Nem Denemam Whaaa.. belive me no begginer can do 100 pushups in a row.. But if you start with 10 and gradually come up 100 pushups will not be that hard.. I can do about 60-70 pushups in a row cause In the last 7-8 months I've been doing calistehnics and bodyweight exercises.. But after you can do 20-25 proper pushups in a row you should start doing harder variations of pushups or put some weight in your bag and do pushups with the bag.. You wont build muscle doing 100 push ups a day. Musle hypertrophy (growth) accurs between 8-12 repetitions. If you can do nore than 8-12 reps of pushups without a problem you should do harder variations.

I was just amazed on how Saitama displayed a huge example of Atomic Habits.. Yes 100 push up for a starter is too big but thats anime... Saitama stuck with his routine every fcking day like it is part of him... and he didnt care about the result... because he believes he will become the strongest and he already become one ever since he started his training... he used his mentality of what a hero should be and acted like it... like hes already right there... also his emotions was gone, which is a huge achievement since he conquered his mind and heart already. He knows emotions holds people back.. he just became a whole overpowered human being....

Broodje Feta 50 pullups? for a begginer? haha are you ok? When I started calisthenics half a year ago i couldnt do a 1 proper pullup.. No I can barrely do 7 in a row.. So i do 3-4 sets of 6-7 reps. Doong 50 pushups maybe in 5 sets but not in a row.. None can do 50 pushups in a row.

@@vaultboy3440 I can do 50 pushups in a minute. But not necessarily without any break. I think I banged +30 then rested on my arms in position for a few seconds, then banged more until I hit 50-60 and the minute was full. I'm sure many fit people can do 50 in a row. Or are u mixing pullups with pushups?! Pullups are entirely different story. Only some elite crossfitters and world record holders can do +50.
