I have cleared jaiib in 2000 and caiib in 2003 and promoted from clerk to officer in 2007 in PNB.Now I am scale 3 and have taken two stagnation.In the new wage revision, will I get any more benifit than todays benifit?

Fitment chart is prepared. ..if you are in the 1-9 th stage of pay..you will be given the starting basic of a po..

@@amodchaudhary3 he will get credits..see as I mentioned that for 1 st to 9 th stage of pay he will get the basic of po but in this 1-9 stage jaiib caiib is not added..for calculating 1-9 stage of pay first increment of jaiib and caiib will be deducted and then he will get the basic of po plus 3 increment one for jaiib and two for caiib..

@@amodchaudhary3 like we already get two increments while joining in clerk..so if someone gets promotion after 2 years and passed jaiib caiib...he already is in the 1-9 stage of pay without adding jaiib caiib..so his new basic in office will be the first basic of po + jaiib + caiib

I have seen SBI PO new joinee basic salary 41960 which means sbi is providing four increments
So what is the truth if someone joins as an sbi po now then what will be the basic pay
