PLC Armidale Dance Macbeth

This 2024 Shakespeare Carnival State Champion dance performance was conceived, choreographed and performed by our Year 8 students Poppy-Grace Newton and Olive McFarlane. They set a record as the youngest competitors ever to get through to a Shakespeare Carnival State Final - let alone win the coveted Champion Crown. Poppy-Grace was also awarded the Will Kempe Award for achievement in movement for her stunning portrayal of Lady Macbeth.
