the tech they have here is really cutting edge in this space. hopefully we will see the rpice come down in the future

Very cool! But be prepared to see a little increase in your electricity bill!
So this wouldn't work in a dry climate
so it would rely on the dirty water an still last a lot longer than normal machines. but yea limited in how it can get water
