Savasana is THE most important part of a yoga routine. It's not a recommendation - it's a vital part that allows the body to integrate all the goodness that you just did for it. Please consider taking your students into savasana next time, even if it's just for 3 minutes. Otherwise this was a lovely routine in a very beautiful location. Thank you!
Agree 100%. The whole point of yoga is to prepare the body for the healing which occurs during savasana. Taking 10 minutes, minimum, is a MUST, and if possible, longer, every single time.
