  • Hi all today I wanted to share this incredible community I've called home for some time called The Grove in College, Grove, TN. This is an insane 12 phase 1,100 acre development that has been growing since around 2012. It's entering its final development phases now, and it's turned into one of the most incredible neighborhoods I've seen.
    Located just outside Nashville and only minutes from historic Franklin, Tennessee, lies a private club community unlike any other. The Grove is a 1,100-acre gated community offering a distinctive lifestyle dedicated to providing exceptional member services and the most comprehensive amenity and recreational offerings in the region. There is a clubhouse, full gym, three pools, dog park, soccer fields, hiking trails, tennis courts, bar/restaurant, full 18-course golf course, sports center, and more.
    The Grove features luxury estate homes created from a rich, thoughtful palette of classic architectural styles, exquisite detailing, and signature elements. Truly every single home is different, a true custom home, including mine.
    The scenic landscape of rolling hills, woodlands, parks, and preserved open space serves as the ideal backdrop for the most luxurious, new custom homes Nashville has to offer.
    Custom homes from $1.2 million to $3 million and custom homesites from $190,000 to over $400,000.
    I hope you all enjoy this peaceful drive in my Tesla Model X P100D through The Grove in College Grove, TN. I do consider this one of the nicest communities in the world, and definitely the best neighborhood in Nashville

    Trust me when I say there is no correlation between the size and cost of those homes, and the utility the owners of those homes offer humanity. In other words, who lives in those homes and can afford them have little to do with skill and ability. In fact it has much more to do with luck and circumstance. Not going to say hard work and skill dont play a part, but go knock on the door of one of those $5 million dollar homes, and I guarantee you the person that answers is not equal in abilities to the home they are in. I'm not bitching, god bless them, im very happy for them. But it's important to temper your expectations, that if you just work hard enough you too will live there, prepare yourself for the likely reality that you will never live there.

      For sure, but still not like people that can afford to live in the nice places in L.A, Miami, New York, etc.

    How many homes are left in the final phase?

    • @Driven-Productions
      @Driven-Productions  3 года назад +1

      It’s really a question of lots left. I would estimate maybe 30-40 remain in the phase 12. There are no one acre lots left, last phase has .3-.5 only. Nice, but no more estate lots.

      @@Driven-Productions Good to hear. I hear good things with the burgeoning tech scene in Nashville as well. The 0% state income tax is a nice bonus as well. Another unusual thing most of Tennessee has going for it is general softer water than most of the country: homewater101.com/articles/hard-water-across-us So, no need for a water softener and longer lasting pipes and appliances....as well as better skin health when showering.
