We went to the show in the late 90's it was flawless. We were sitting right in front of the stage. We were spellbound by their magic. Up that close lions, tigers, people, and yes elephants disappear and reappear right in front of our eyes. Never will know how they did it. I was handed one of the white tiger cubs to hold by Roy, I shall never forget it. RIP, S&R
Wow how awesome.. unfortunately the wild nature is more prominent no matter how long .. it's like certain dogs turn on their owner .. it's sad though .. 😢
😮 que recuerdos...,!!! De niña los veía solo en tv y era una televisión pequeña y a blanco y negro. Y aún así me impresiones con sus espectáculos. Saludos desde Bolivia
I saw them in Vegas in 1996, a couple years after this video was made. No words to describe. I do remember it was the most expensive ticket on the strip at the time- a whopping $75. Worth it. I didn’t know they had both passed away. RIP
My wife and I saw Siegfried and Roy in Las Vegas in 1999, and I met Siegfried in the Mirage in August 2019 - they were master magicians and Siegfried was a super nice guy. So sad that both he and Roy have passed. RIP Siegfried and Roy, the world's best-ever illusionists.
I was at their final show on my 9th birthday on October 3rd, 2003. I saw and remember the tiger attack like it was yesterday. It happened at the half way point in their show. Up to that point I was astounded how awesome the show was. Once the tiger leaped on him and dragged him away silently. I couldn't believe what had just transpired, and then Siegfried came out like 20 minutes later and told us the bad news and we got a refund. Coincidentally Roy and I shared the same birthday. I was very lucky to have seen half of their show. RIP Siegfried & Roy.
I've had the honor to meet both at the birthday party of Roy in Munich back in the 90's. Truly two charismatic individuals and world stars who never forgot their roots.
This was just perfect. Both incredibly beautiful men, incredibly talented, the ability to create an illusion that no one else could. To create pure magic. They were the masters of magic.
RIP Siegfried Fischbacher (June 13, 1939 - January 13, 2021), aged 81 And RIP Roy Horn (October 3, 1944 - May 8, 2020), aged 75 You both will be remembered as legends.
I saw the Vegas show 2 times. Both times I was sitting in the pit. So close to the stage. I could never figure out any illusion. They were truly amazing.
It’s mostly the same trick. People or animals laying flat in the thick bottom. Trap doors and elevators built into the stage. Lame tricks by today’s standards. I saw the live show, thinking not this a g a i n.
I was lucky enough to see it three times. The last time was about 3 months before Roy's accident. May they BOTH RIP and the Lord be with them and all of the animals that they helped over the years thrive!! : )
We are blessed to have Seen S&R in 1992 and 1995 in their unreachable show in Vegas!! This magic dream will now go on in Heaven -SARMOTI !! RIP Siegfried and Roy!
We went to the show in 1993,it was amazing to sit directly on a table the animals so close. I will never forget it,it was worth any penny. Good that we did,my dream for a lifetime and it could never be seen that way again. R.I.P. Siegfried und Roy❤

Those guys sure were so entertaining! One of my best memories as a kid was my parents taking my brother and I to see their show at the old Frontier Hotel/Casino. This was before they moved to the Mirage. Back in the day, you bought tickets to get inside but then you would tip the person that seats you to get better and better seats. Which my Dad proceeded to do until we were in front row. We went to an afternoon "family show", which meant the showgirls had tops on. We didn't realize or care about the anger factor but I'm sure we were mere yards from the tigers as they would run by.
