This is the best tutorial on just loose bags in general, really helpful for my project, thank you! Honestly regarding topology, I feel like this is just the most incredible looking way of making a good high poly mesh, I don't think there is going to be a big problem using this you'd just retopologize it with a low poly and bake the fanastic physic details into it. This saves me a lot of effort of sculpting in zbrush! Thank you!
This was very helpful although you will get some pretty hideous topology and messy spots in it, I suggest doing some small fixes in sculpt and edit mode and remove things like intersection, distortion, etc.
Thank you so much for your comment....I think you are talking about flipped normals i talked about it in the video...but if you are talking about weld modifier welding unintended vertices you can give it a selection in form of vertex map...also if I start sculpting it will ruin the procedural UV map ...right now it's just a subdivided plane and sculpting will require me to unwrap it .. topology is fine but yeah the distortion I agree with ...i hope this solves some of the issues
You have probably missed some steps ,check if your timeline is at 1st frame.. unfortunately without seeing what you have in your project files cant help..reach out to my twitter or free patreon if you want more help
The best looking trash bag I've ever seen in Blender tutorials, good job !

You have to save your .blend file before you bake anything
