    Did the defendant’s partner say “I’m right here beside him!” Instead of a simple “yes!”? These crooks are mad they got caught and called out on national TV.

    • @Soullesshero

      I wouldn't call them crooks, based on this at least. Although I wouldn't be surprised to find out they actually are, the partner has that kind of scummy vibe. Definitely stupid, but it seems like they just got conned. They should have contacted her once they figured out they had been scammed to set things right. Not sure if when they figured it out was before or after her hired PI found them.

    His partner has a lot of nerve to get angry at the plaintiff when he and his associate were scammed out of $300 and tore up an innocent person's driveway. If that's who's running the business, they're not going to be running much longer

  • @jeepthing98
    @jeepthing98 5 часов назад +2

    JJ should have asked for proof of how they sent the supposed scammer the $300. Because the defendant had trouble even answering how he sent it. I think the only reason they agreed to come to the show was because they knew they were going to lose and wanted the producers to pay the judgement.

    Now it’s 400 bucks huh? In the beginning it was 300. I think this guy and Mr. Aggressive are running a scam that wasn’t successful for them. Jack hammer driveways and come back and go oh wow I see your driveway is messed up do you need a fix, what a terrible story I’ll give you a discount

    If I'm understanding this correctly.... The defendant f***** up her driveway and then offered their services for a fee to fix it..... Then the defendants were mad that she didn''t hire them to fix the problem they created. You can't make this up...

    Wait - are these guys the scammers, or did they get scammed??? Their entire story could be a cover - what if they just picked this house and started tearing up the property in an effort to get the homeowner to actually pay them to fix it, and there was no $300, nor a fake owner receiving cancer treatments out of town?
    I can see this being their scam and they play dumb as part of their cover. I wish I could find them on the ‘net - I’m kind of guessing they’re in prison for scamming people.

    They are pissed bc they wanted to be the ones to fix the driveway instead of paying for someone else to do it but why in the world would she trust two morons who were scammed like that and are pissed about the situation to fix your driveway. And after seeing their behavior in court especially the guy on the right, she made the right decision not to trust them.

    I think she should have received money for hiring a P. I. at the very least. The point of small claims court is to be made whole. If these guys didn’t screw up, she would not have been out that money. She already has to live with an inferior drive way because she needed the work done quickly.
