It’s not a highlighter, but an illuminator. That’s why the pigment isn’t what you would have with a highlighter. They work differently. But it is a bummer to have it arrive like that and then not get help. I’d be disappointed too.
I ordered two of them from Harrods. Both arrived shattered. I provided pictures. They say they cannot send replacements, and they’re making me ship them all the way back overseas before they refund me. Unacceptable is accurate. I’ve never experienced anything like it.
Sorry you’re experiencing that. That’s pretty terrible customer service. Have you contacted D&G directly? They’ll likely help you. Apparently this is a known issue (according to D&G customer service.) They refunded me without requiring me to return it. You may want to contact them first to see if they can provide resolution.
This is weird just raise the issue again through their whatsapp bcz they do have a great customer service as i got refund without shipping back the product (was another one )
