I'm alone for the last several years, but never lonely. Lonely is a sign of depression, being alone is a sign of strength and individual awakening.
It is others that make us feel alone. Sometimes people make us feel disappointed, and feeling sad or heart broken. And these events do really make us feel lonely. Otherwise, within ourselves, if we concentrate more on ourselves, on what we are doing at every moment of our life then we would not feel as lonely.Just because we expect things from other people, and people let us down, or sometimes people break our hearts and that's how we end up feeling lonely.
This is just the emotional level. Do not confuse the emotional state of feeling with the spiritual level of practice.
The higher you go, the less lonely you feel.
But only if you can let go of the expectation of other people, otherwise, you will always feel lonely.

I went into depression but everything changed when wisdom and knowledge pours in. You need to seek knowledge of life. When ull touch the truth there can be no suffering, and you will encounter the beauty of life. The first step is to seek or know.

I have never met him. And to me it doesn't matter if our physical bodies meet. In a way this video was a lesson for me specifically yet he doesn't know me and I don't know him. Yet we are the same therefore we've always known eachother.

I agree 100%. Only those who have experienced it can understand. To start with being alone is difficult, once you learnt to accept it, you will understand how divine it can be. All that happens in our life is for a reason. Learning to live in peace with oneself is ultimate victory ❤️

@@uskumarmate we all have our believes. I just believe we carry the suffering and energy of the animals we eat. They are not happy. We treat them horrible and believe their tortured bodies do us good. No offense and yes I already stated thats why Im alone lol.

Sorry, that is neither here nor there and quite arrogant. How long have you been alone in one stretch in your life? No one is really happy alone forever. We need others. Leading a life or long stretches of it without or with rarely any friends and/or without partner can lead to lonelyness. Being "happy alone" is not a permanent and final state. Time moves on and years go by and feelings may change because of aloneness, eventually turning in to lonelyness. Wanting to be with someone is not a sign of a lack of "perfection of self" as is advertised constantly with your type of statement. There is the "fundamental attribution error" so often found in the west and ultimately blaming the individual. It is a perfectly normal and healthy feeling to want to be with people or in a relationship and people who are lonely and/or wishing to be with someone are often being blamed for not being happy alone or not being perfectly happy in life before seeking a partner hence growing lonelier because they cannot talk about it. More and more people are feeling lonely. Studies show this. Attributing lonelyness to a lack of somethimg within that person is stigmatizing. Studies also show that people who are in healthy longterm relationships mention those very relationships as major point for contentment, happiness and stability in their life. Life is not black and white and there is no "endpoint" in people's emotions. Someone can be okay or even happy to be alone and still become lonely at some point. Some people may not be good at being alone but still find healthy loving longterm relationships that are not just filling a void etc etc

I feel as if the more love you give away the less love you have for yourself. That’s the irony about love is that nobody every does it for the other person they only do it for themselves. People will take, take, and take your love until you no longer love yourself. It lowers your self esteem and confidence. When you learn to be alone you learn to love and value yourself instead of putting that power into others. The saddest and most tragic stories I know are all people who give the most to the world and never get anything back. It’s a very lonely feeling
