An easy way to find this is to get the gargoyle for the gnome guy in the beginning of the game, then just continue past it until you reach the cave. There will be no enemies, and you can loot everything before grabbing the key and continuing on your way.

The outfit is the industrial knight

@LargeWhiteMan It's the 'Industrial Knight' armor.
It's available through the in-game 'Sanctuary Shop' or through the normal Marketplace on the XBox 360 menus, and it costs 160 Microsoft points.

My Chillbreath Caverns does not look even remotely close to yours. Was there an update for this game I missed, or something? There is absolutely no paths that veer off to the right except for when you find the little girl in the beginning of the game. This has just confused me even more....

about 10hours in I got it and I play through it quick, id guess about 2hours in though because the places you go aren't unlocked late in the game :)
