How bad does it rub?
I live in Alabama and just bought a black AT4 2500HD. I originally saw your video of the one you put 37's and a leveling kit on. I've been told to get the 35's because the 37's will rub the fender and cause me to have to cut it some. I really don't want to cut the fenders at all. Can you please tell me where the 37's rub. I bought this truck after seeing the black one with 37's on it. looks sick!
I really liked the 2014-2018 body style from gm, but the new body style has really grown on me! I thinks it’s sick that the new hd trucks from all the competitors are making 37s look small. To think that the truck has a leveling kit and make a big tire like that look small only makes me think of how enormous the trucks will be lifted much higher and even bigger wheels and tires! 👍👍👍
I like leveled trucks with meaty tires and stock rims🤷🏾♂️. I drive a 2012 f150 platinum
37/12.50/r20 look great and so appropriate for these HDs. I don't want to lift or level mine, maybe a few turns on the keys with shock extensions. I hope they fit with a +18 (20x9)

The 2020 looks perfect how it’s looks, leveling kit and 37’s 👌🏽 I hate when people put rims/tires that stick out ... looks horrible IMO ... reminds me of a “tool “
Unfortunately almost all the wheels for this 8x180 lug pattern are negative offset wheels that poke out. The closest to stock I can find is fuel 20x9 +20, which is a little more than 1" outwards
The multi tailgate will get dented if you push that button for it to come down if you have a trailer hitch on. Any trailer hutch gets in the way.

B&w makes a hitch for the multi pro tailgate that it will not hit.
I think the GMC looks better than the Chevy and definitely has to be stanced on a baby lift or leveled

The interior overall IMO is a nice step forward. Not as big of step as it should have been though. Overall everything inside feels higher quality. The center console took a slight step backward though.
The new 2020 AT4 HD's automatically comes with a 2 inch suspension lift.

Why don’t trucks have air vents engineered for rear facing baby seats. Every truck owner with a baby will put a car seat in their truck and after having my first I realized they don’t get any air on them if they’re rear facing and only vents are in the center console near the floor. Just thought all the necessary and unnecessary things they are doing to trucks now days that is greatly overlooked in my opinion. I could be wrong though

Beautiful Truck! Just ordered one last week. Going to take 4-6 weeks to come in. So If 37x12.50 fit on the stock rims with a leveling kit and the stock tires are 34.1x10.8 is it safe to assume 35x12.5 20’s on the stock rims will fit and not rub. What’s everyone’s thoughts and has anyone tried it?
I just built a 2021 2500hd. I have it leveled already with a Flowmaster (sounds good) can I put 37's on mine? It's only a LT. Also will the tires rub?
Insides are so Japanese cheap on the 2020 ,outside is starting to grown on me but inside sucks ,ram definitely got it going on plus the panorama sunroof
Looks decent but as someone who drives a 1996 obs Chevy and how it’s my favorite body style the new trucks don’t appeal to me as much

wonder if that makes it unusable for 5th wheel camper... as in too tall.
Technically it's only 3 inches higher at the 5th wheel. But it might rub under heavy load. I think an airbag kit would be a good idea if you do heavy hauling.
This level kit lifts the front of the truck only.

I do agree with you there but they aren’t reflectors they are lights. I have been trying to think of a way to black them out that isn’t cheap looking. The Chevy HD even has the black trim just no lights.
truck is nice.. but tires dont have any room to travel in the fender it will be rubbing badly
This is a new truck at a dealership, it only rubs slightly at full lock according to Matt.
@@lmfscrew nice truck.. pavement princess as soon as you articulate it in a tight spot tires are going to rub bad. I almost bet if you turn the wheel all the way it would rub the back inside of fender.. but like I said very nice truck love the inside.
The truck does not rub we didn’t have to trim or cut anything just pulled the inside of the front fender up a little. It does rub at full turn on the inside which could be fixed with aftermarket wheels with a different offset but the customer did not want the tires sticking outside of the fenders. Most of our customers are farmers and don’t want it throwing mud everywhere.

I just know if I bought a new truck 4x4 truck I wouldnt want any rubbing. hell i own a 2018 Chevy. i dont want any rubbing or anything close to rubbing. I have 2 other Chevy trucks and there lifted own obs 99 Chevy I ls swapped with a 6.0 and 1982 k10 with 454 an the way i take them off roading that truck your saleing wouldnt last with no tire spacing with the tires that close to the fender.
Justin Peacock this truck was done to a customer request. It is what they wanted. It does not rub any of the fenders at all. Most of our customers say if it doesn’t rub a little the tires aren’t big enough. Yes ideally I personally would not want them to rub anywhere at all but the customer wanted 37x12.50x20’s on factory wheels with just torsion keys to level the truck so that is what we did.

I researched this a lot too. Jw Montoya has a video of one. No one seems to want to talk about exact measurements, clearances, and offsets.

Stock wheels and 37's for sure. Many cops love to pull trucks over for "wheel poke" as they call it. The GMC is far superior to the Chevy now in styling. The Chevy looks like it got into a fight with a steel pole and lost. Literally looks like somebody kicked the crap outta the front end and tried to piece it back together.

Only thing i really dont like about this truck is the mirrors, they look like broken arms
They said they repositioned the mirrors to not be a blind spot. Hint they still are in the way. I guess 2030 when they upgrade their infotainment system I'll might buy one. And that tailgate has to go if you use a trailer hitch its gonna hit. Other than that they are nice

To me 35s would look better at that height. If it had a 6 inch lift the 37s would look great though.
They all look nice. What value are all these new trucks when they are all choked up by emissions mandates. I don't care how big a tire I can fit or what brand has the most horsepower. When the consumer forks over that much cash the damn thing better go 500k mi. I'm not excited about any trucks the big three have offered since 2012. Major disappointment ! Not getting my $ 👎There is a reason why pre emission trucks are selling for 30k+. No DPF. No DEF. Just a bs egr or ccv to delete. I would rather be a pig in a slaughter house then take one of these new trucks to a shop once the warranty is out and sit like a stooge waiting to be told " its going to be $%^^&**%$#$$$:( just to get the check engine light off. Then it has to be driven a few hundred miles. Lol
