hey Jimmy really awesome video :D i've got difficulties with getting a good distance off the obstacles after doing kong vaults if u have an advice for me plz respond =D

practicing foot placement on the wall followed by sitting back before attempting the full reverse kong will definitely reduce risk of injury
not only does this learning step reduce risk of injury, it builds confidence in the move making it more likely you'll actually pull it off on your first full attempt

What I need to learn is how to do a kong launch. How do I work up to that? Have you heard of a couch to 5K running program? I need a couch to kong program. I am getting in shape and would love to learn some parkour along the way.
