The series is dope, but it’ll be better if Premier hit the pads and showed u how each individual track on the 60 sound like. Like how Alchemist showed on his Masterclass episode. Broke down the beats he made for Nas & Schoolboy Q. Kinda boring just hearing a 7 min story and nothing in the 60 itself 🤷🏻‍♂️

I remember as a kid I didn't really pay attention to producers, only later as a teen I started getting interested in who made the beats. When I looked up who was the producer of my fav songs it was almost always preemo and of course my fav joint on one of my fav albums reasonable doubt was also a premier joint. Preemo is probably the most important person in the history of rap. This guy made the tracks that defined the careers of most of the best rappers of all time.

Every track was fire. When I got to school I saw my boy in the hallway. It was none other than Pain In Da Ass! I said YOOOOOO YOU SET IT OFF! Then I heard D'Evils, and I realized that Jay had something that I could mess with. "We used to fight for building blocks/ Now we fight for blocks with buildings/ That make a killing". That line is one of the best ever. I'm Christian now, but the line where he said "I never prayed to God/I prayed to Gotti", was also another bar that I messed with back then, but I can't mess with that now.
