I hate it and look forward to it at the same time. It's a right of passage for your character at the start of the league - and it's always fun racing your friends on discord to who gets their labs first
I remember playing through the labyrinth the first time, I killed Izaro and upon proceeding to the room of ascendancy this is the part that was playing. 6:09 "Before your Emperor, you are worthy! Before the Goddess of Justice, you are worthy! Receive our blessings, embrace our gifts, and rise, Ascendant! For this is the ending that we all deserve." The feels man.
Izaro is most wholesome character in PoE Izaro when you win Labirynth: Good job, I am so proud! Izaro when you fail the Labirynth: Don't give up, just try another time!
Spike comes up from the ground, pops quicksilver flask and runs away to the next spike not realizing the one that hit me is on cooldown. Dies from bleeding.
My favourite currently active BGM in PoE, back during War for the Altas mapping was kinda gross without a proper MF char so I spent countless days in Lab listening to this :) 2:33 Literal trap music
Perandus Manor's theme. My favorite track from PoE and I believe its merits extend way beyond this game to compete with best soundtracks of video game industry.
Where there is a silver key, there must be a silver door.
and a silver monkey
Whenever I return to play PoE for a new league, I look forward to hearing this specific BGM and Izaro's proverbs in-game.
An emperor alone is only a man...
Gives me shivers

"you were born for this!"
"An aspirant can afford to be promising. An Emperor must keep those promises."
then all politics are just aspirants
@@AniaGie-x4t Of course. I don't see an Imperial crown upon their heads!
2:25 best start

3:00 the best part for me, that's when I start focusing to not die on mobs!

Honestly, this could be music from just about any game... not necessarily Diablo. What makes you think so?
