    I've had this bike for almost a month, just hit my century ride on the Peloton app last week, and to say I love it is an understatement. It is solid, looks really nice and so smooth on your legs. I can not say how happy how I am with this bike, especially as a Peloton dupe. Highly recommend.

      Are you able to use Bluetooth headphones with your device while connected? I’m not with mine and customer service is the worst of any company I’ve ever dealt with.

      Andrew Bortle you mean while you are biking? That is weird and something is not right. Can you return it to Walmart and purchase a new one? I mean if you can’t get a hold of customer service 😒

    I totally agree with your review. I have a Peloton which I was using everyday under the 30 day trial, but over time I wondered if I could find a cheaper way to get nearly the same experience. I ended up ordering the Echelon Connect Sport two weeks ago, got it a week later and I love it as much as the Peloton. I'm a short guy, 5 7" and the Peloton always felt a bit bulky. The Peloton screen is amazing but the extras: like leaderboard and the fitness tracking were not something I felt were worth the extra 26 bucks a month. I even ordered a 24 inch monitor that I was going to try to mount to the Connect with brackets and everything but the more I thought about it, the more I like the small footprint of the Sport with my tablet and phone mount for my iPhone (I bought a phone mount on Amazon) A couple notes as a Peloton owner (for another week more, haha). The Etsy conversion chart you show is not accurate. The Echelon is just over half of what the Peloton is. So if the Peloton instructor asks for resistance of 40...I would half it in my head to 20 and add maybe 2 or 3. Likewise if the resistance is 60 on the Peloton it is roughly maxing out the Sport. Last note, the handlebars don't go up very high compared to the Peloton. I have the height set to max and I feel like it is perfect, but I am small. For around 800 bucks all in (I bought a $100 10" tablet on Amazon and a phone mount as well as the 4 year Walmart warranty) I have a nearly identical ride to the Peloton...with a lot less bulky profile, and I'm only paying $13 a month for the Peloton app instead of $39. If you are not extremely tall, save yourself $1500 and $26 a month and buy the Sport! Great review man. Spot on.

      Thanks for taking the time to watch the video. I agree having such a good quality bike at a fraction of the cost is a major seller. Also having the option of paying $12 for the Peloton Digital app makes it a great choice. My other option was the Schwinm IC4 but couldn't find one in stock or with quick shipping.

    My wife got me this bike for Father's Day. I was curious as to why the one at Walmart was so much cheaper than the ones online. After having lengthy text sessions with customers service to figure out the difference and being made to believe it was nothing. I ordered the fitpass plus package. Then when I went to connect everything I discovered that their where two different type of bikes. I immediately contacted support to find out the difference and they informed that with the sport bike you can't do the online live class just the on demand classes and it would not track you stats on screen. So now I am sending the fitpass back and taking the bike back to Walmart.

    • @ManuelArguellesmanolo
      @ManuelArguellesmanolo  4 года назад +1

    Just so I understand that in order to use this with Peloton digital ($13/mo) you are going to need to use 2 devices? One Device to run the Echelon app with Free Ride to see your metrics : speed, distance, cadence, resistance, power etc and then another device for Peloton for the classes . Even though the bike transmits data to tablet via bluetooth...the data will not directly transmit/ sync to Peloton?
