Wats goin on man, i jus got prehired at P&S, so once I graduate school in 2 months I’ll head out for orientation/training…how is the pay for company drivers ? I know it all depends on the load but what’s the average you can make weekly ?
Congratulations on your home bro! That’s my next goal. Been at P&S over a month now still getting use to choosing loads. So far 3 loads a week making decent money and not killing my self every day. I did a load from Ga to Arizona last week. Paid me good going there sucked coming back. Learning curves here but seems to be a good company. Have a good week end boss.
Slacking Jason where is my videos lol hope you’re doing well I need you to make a video on how you pick your loads with the new company you’re with and basically whatever is different from Melton like do you still have a QC or what do they use for your logs help a brother out make some more videos lol
I was also at Melton. I make more here at P&S / Red Mountain for sure. I brought home 2K three times already. Only been here since August. I’m on the lease op list but I may have to jump ship again due to my move to Chesapeake VA. Looking at Nova
Alabama!! 💯 That's my favorite state I want to move to Alabama!! Hope all went well with the closing boy that sure can be a pain in the ass.. keep us posted show us a picture congrats you and Brandi are rocking it!!
When you switch your Florida license to an Alabama license let me know what’s involved because I also might be moving to Alabama due to the fact it’s cheaper to live then in Florida congrats on the new house my friend
Congrats‼️. Whats your advice for a soon to be cdl graduate? How has P&S been for you? Is it alot of back breaking work with the flatbeds? And does P&S have condos plan on hitting the road with the wife. Thanks.
@@delgadotrucking Thank you for the quick response I emailed Dave and he answered my question to I decided February I’m going to try to come over to P&S that’ll be my six months roughly of experience and then hopefully do six months and move into their lease program

That’s the same time I started here at P&S. Nova from what I hear is a terrible company. I would stay put and be patient. The money will come
I REALLY hope I get hired here since they take new drivers now. Wish me luck! This is my number one choice for my first company
Did you go with them?
@@randyedwards267 nah went with another company with slightly better pay!
