Wow! This is one of my favourite songs on Leather Jackets, the fact that Roger Taylor and John Deacon of Queen play drums and bass on this track probably is one of the reasons, along with how catchy this song is! I didn't even know that the vinyl and cassette versions had different intros than the CD version (which I am most familiar with). I like the CD version the best, because of the motorcycle at the beginning and better buildup, along with the electronically-distorted voice which isn't present on the other versions.
Compré el vinilo en marzo de 1991 y me fascinó. Angeline fue una de las canciones que más me gustó. Años después compré el CD (La portada es diferente, pues es solo una parte del total de la portada del vinilo) y flipé viendo que la intro de la canción era distinta y creo recordar, que el desvanecimiento de alguna canción se alarga en el CD, pero ya no recuerdo bien eso. Aunque para la mayoría de fans de Elton es uno de sus 3 peores discos, para mí, sin duda, es el mejor junto Sleeping with the past y Reg strikes back. Adoro las composiciones y el sonido de Elton John desde 1986 hasta 1990.
