That's her voice and the show called America's got tallent and her tallent is that she have the voice that sounds like Whitney... that's her tallent Mel B!!! She's absolutly amazing. I whatched her singing when I was a little girl in a show that called soundmix show in Holland when she was just 16 years old. She's born with this voice and she nailed it again! She really deserves to reach more and more people around the world! God bless you Glennis ❤

Good! Been a fan of Glennis ever since she participated in the Soundmixshow in 1994 and win eventually. Saw her live in Ladies of Soul in 2016. You think she's awesome in clips...she's breathtakingly good in real! :)

Nah I think Run To You is her strongest song
Its a great song Stanley, and she does it in a way, less than a handful of people can, but if you hear her other songs, colabs at times, then you can hear what i mean, her and waylon doing "its a mans world" or her version of "new york state of mind" with the dutch rapper lange frans, or the other classic Whitney songs she does, then you will see what i meant. in several of those songs, she uses more of her range, and more of her power. Thats what i was pointing at really, not claiming this is her worst song, she doesnt have bad songs :)
lol yea all her songs are great and in my opinion yea the Empire State Of Mine cover she did with that tall dutch raper was the best cover in the world so powerful and with a rich tone and good control. I also think her Greatest Love Of All cover is second to non everything was good her Tone, Vibrato, Transitions etc. I just feel her best overall performance was Run To You at the ladies of soul

i agree, to me, Glennis sounds like Glennis, but she does have one of those voices that somehow always sound like the person who originally sang the song she is singing, no matter if its Whitney, or Alicia keys or anything else, somehow she always sounds similar to that singer, its partly in the range she has, but mostly the type of voice she has.
To me, she's one of the best singers to walk this earth today, she can do it all.

I understand MelB but she does not know YET that Glennis just sounds that way...And MelB can not sing that good so a bit jealous. But why no Gold buzzer? And did see her here in The Netherlands a couple of times live...She is even better !!

Hey. I love your reactions and comments. They are always so full and passionate. I know that I will probably get some negative reactions for this.
Glennis Grace has an incredible gift. I have watched many of her videos on RUclips and have been following her since seeing her sing Whitney. She does sing songs other than Whitney and she is amazing.
I am not sure how I feel about her competing on AGT though because I consider her to be a professional singer. She has records on the charts in the Netherlands and she has been on tour. AGT is for amateurs and people who have never had that break in the industry. I can understand why she would like to break into the American market. Who wouldn't? Many people are already proclaiming her to be the winner of AGT 2018.
She is competing against people who don't have a professional career. If this continues, amateurs and unknowns like Grace Vanderwaal, Jennifer Hudson, Angelica Hale, Darci Lynne may not have a chance.
I want to see her succeed and reach her dreams. She deserves it and has worked hard to get where she is. But, I am still unsure if it is fair to all the other contestants. This year has been unusual. Sa___d Rhiana won Asia's Got Talent in 2017 and now she's competing in the US.
Courtney Hadwin received a golden buzzer for a surprising-amazing performance. And, she was on The Voice Kids 2017 in the UK and made it to the finals.
I am still waiting to see how this year will go.
Many people will probably disagree with me, especially her fans.
first of all what is Mel talking about? her voice will never reach the level of Glennis, and second of all she sounds like Whitney but that is not her problem that is her natural voice!

The shows reward is Vegas performances and money.... she could sell out Vegas because of her sound (Whitney) and voice... people of all ages would pay to hear her .....
She is not trying to be Whitney but she just has almost the same voice as her. But one jury (MelB) just not get that .......Yet !

Recordmaster Xms thank God she didn't got the golden buzzer. So she will perform more time and people will know her better. With the golden ticket we will see her only one more time in the final show.

Nephi, the Judges they known her but the audiences not, MelB try to pull the talent of GG out off the shadow of Whitney,Simon also think about that. This is the challenge for GG to face the pressure of her own. Entertainment business is huge in America. which is made money from all over the country on over the world, if Glennis does not discourage that's mean she is the real star. she will pass but it's not easy because there are many able performance on this Season.
indeed it will not be easy this season, but she is a star already, and i say, its time her star(light) will shine brighter than it ever has done before. :)
For her, the challenge is to attract a good producer in US . Win or loose won't have any importance after that but she need some weeks more to show all her possibilities .
What 's her next song for performance? I guess they will give her a song that they choose for and she can do it.
unless they want her to sing death metal, there isnt much she wouldnt be able to sing, no idea what song she gets to sing, but any will sound perfect :)

She is singing 3 small covers on radio 538, first one the greates love of all, second is dutch ( Koos Alberts, LOL ) and last to much love will kill you by Brian May. Correction, the producers of AGT make notice of her on the internet, whit her performance of "Run to you". That's why they ask her to perform this song on her audition. I don't think Glennis would pick a Whitney Houston song for her first audition.
