How do this individual solve the issue

To all those wo want to know the solution, ill chip a few tips:
1° Private individual should move to a low tax jurisdiction
2° Individual should not make foreign companies in countries legally classified as Tax havens by their own tax authorities (such as Bermuda, Panama, and Caiman Islands)
3° Individuals should hire tax lawyers, specifically formed for this type of situtations 😂
4° Creating a legitimate company in favorable jurisdictions

How about setting up the company in moms name who is outside of canada and being just an employee who draws salary.? Or setting up a Canadian incorporation and getting money from Bermuda company as a consulting fee all the while when the Bermuda company is in moms name.

Please show what’s work in that case. (Assuming,
one is able to reach 0% on income tax)
