One of these days I'd love to get a sanding kit like this! Great video and thanks for the instructions. Doing the router round over is definitely a separation from amateur woodworking when I used to just "round over" the edges with a sander. 🤦🏽♂️
I was cringing by the lack of an interface pad for doing the round over work. When you apply the finish, you'll most likely see the little ridges created by that.

220 would be too fine for proper absorption of a decent wax oil like osmo. Just step up from 80 to 120 then 180 max
