Do you think you could do a video on how well the cap seals? Like a mile torture test? Maybe just sprayit with a hose to simulate moderate/heavy rain and see how it does around the seals? Ive heard people having issues with these caps but idk if its just them expecting too much/poor install,etc.
So during normal conditions snow and rain no water intrusion but I ran it threw a touch less car wash , water went threw the purge valve thing on the ceiling lol but if you wash it yourself you’ll be all Good !
@Downtimelost sweet! I'm in Yosemite right now and they closed 120 due to snow and rollovers. Had to chain up and the weather was gnarly! I've been wanting to get one of those caps but I'm worried about spending the $$ and having wet gear... Tbh. I'd prob use some duct tape and seal off shit if it's super bad. Lol
