Can you imagine being told that your baby will never be able to hit milestones and someone steps in and says "not under my watch" . You are truly a gift. It's amazing to see these little people achieve tiny little steps 🙏
😢@@Allkidsareperfectpls I really need ur assistant on my daughter, but I don't know how to go about it, because I am in Nigeria..pls enlighten me on how to get to your place please
I feel this so deeply!!! My son is 1 1/2 and has cerebral palsy. We were told he probably would never be able to walk and then we started DMI and she was like he will ABSOLUTELY be able to walk. And has already met SO many milestones since starting. DMI has been a game changer and I’m so thankful to every therapist that trains to do this type of therapy. It takes a very special person. Y’all are all amazing!
My heart finds itself willing these babies to do what you're asking of them. I know it has to be so much work and take so much determination from them. I cheer every time they complete their exercises. You guys ROCK!!
I had a 2 great physical therapists and 2 great occupational therapists that worked so hard with my daughter! She learned to sit up….learned to crawl…learned to walk. We were amazed at their determination and work to give our daughter her best life. Thank you from my ❤️
Wanted to add that my daughter had severe postnatal microcephaly. We began therapies as soon as we became aware of her diagnosis. She took her first independent steps at 8 years old! Lots of other people worked very hard with her as well. ❤️
This sweet little girl is so strong! I won’t ever complain about a workout again after seeing this little angel work so hard. I’m completely blown away! Way to go, little one! God bless you for your work with these children. Thank you for reminding us all that every child is perfect and that we all need to be more kind and focus on loving them. Your work is so wonderful. I’m smiling from ear to ear.
Hey mam,I'm an Occupational Therapy student.Your treatment technique was amazing. I wish one day I want to work under your guidelines.I want to learn a lot from you.
Through you, many people are getting inspired, you have God's gift talent & skills, you are a redeemer for all these struggling children, you are a hope for many families, let God give you lot of strength, happiness, peace, joy surrounding you...teach your path to all who work under you...God bless your family & your therapy
Good job ladies God bless your hearts❤❤❤ I know what it's like to have learning disabled children my twins they're now 45 they thought they were autistic but by the grace of God with all the help of many people they moved on in life and grew up they still struggle with problems even if their age but God is taking them down a long road and me😅❤❤❤
I’m cheering this wonderful little girl on with every exercise, bless you all for your work. I wonder if you or any of the parents have read the marvellous book by William Horewood called ‘The Skallagrig’ I think it would inspire many parents with children who may appear to not communicate in the same way as most. I believe just as you are challenging their physical limitations their intellectual abilities can be stretched also. The worst thing we can do is give up on them by not seeing their innate strength.
I'll never forget the day my baby was diagnosed with tortacollis and I was told he needed a helmet. No effin way! I worked with him everyday to do physical therapy at home. His curvature was corrected and now he's a 20 yo with a big round head!😅
um what am i missing? torticollis has to do with the neck, not the shape of the head. is the claim that the head becomes misshapen because the baby has trouble moving neck/head position?
Hi. I really appreciate all videos that you post. They are amazing, and they are helping me in my first job as a PTA in a pediatric setting. Would you like to explain the diagnosis and the months of the baby please in your videos. Thanks
Congratulations, you are a great person. In this world full of evil, hatred, and pain, people like you restore my faith in humanity. One question: why do you wear those ribbons on your hands? Thank you."
I want to thank you for showing people, growth isn’t easy, but it’s important. And tears do. Not. Last. But the growth is something no one can ever take from them. Would a parent rather have 20 minutes to even an hour of slight upset (and really, they’re not hurt… they’d just rather be doing something else), or a happily smiley baby that can never be an independent adult? Some of the people saying “you’re hurting them!” Or whatever on the other videos, you guys forget, sure, they’re precious babes right now, but one day they’ll be adults, and can you even imagine what that adult is going to say when they find that THIS was a possibility, but their parents didn’t do it bc… they didn’t want them to cry. If I were that PERSON that HUMAN, that deserves every opportunity all OTHER humans have… for THAT idk if I’d ever forgive my parents. Ladies, the way you push these kids, the way you say “you’re sleepy? You’re mad at me? You’re uncomfortable? Aw, I know. But we’re gonna do this right now… and then you can rest.” Not only do you teach them physically, you teach boundaries, you teach regulation, and you teach the PARENTS, that THEY. WILL. BE. Not just fine, BUT GREAT
Little Tulley (?) was passive but still managed to exert some control over her body movements with a little assistance and what we probably cannot appreciate as a massive amount of will power. The desire to please is a big part of motivation and your little client seemed to respond to those gentle prompts.
Hi , i follow you from Turkey, i have 2 years old with cp. Thank you for sharing this kind of videos i ll definetly try dmi at home, we take bobath therapy. Whats is the most efficent therapy for you mam, bobath or dmi or cme
DMI is the best for me. Have you seen my highlights on Instagram? I suggest you watch the AKAP stretch first, then the reflex highlights, and then choose which gross motor skill you want to work on.
Hi there. We are self pay as I am done fighting with insurances about how I can treat my patients. It’s 2 visits a day for 1,2, or 3 weeks. I do have a nonprofit that is linked at the top of my channel and I’m trying to raise money for scholarships. We usually see kids younger than kiddos that have an IFSP. Thanks for being here!

We have taken her to therapy but she constantly got sick (fever, pneumonia, etc.) and we stopped attending. Can i ask...why some kids tend to extend their trunk when sitting
It’s the easiest position to go into to. It can also be reflexive and some kids start doing it very early due to reflux issues.
Why are you doing it while she can’t stay awake? Just asking out of real curiosity not judgmentally or anything.
