Short story long...I became aware I was dreaming so I took control. I was doing what I wanted, having a blast when a police officer caught up to me. He grabbed me and we started walking. I asked where we're going and he said to my vehicle, where he'd like to talk more about what he found in it. I had no idea what he was talking about, but still feel like I did something wrong lol. I told him I'm dreaming and I could wake up at anytime. He laughed and said no, not this time. This is the really great part! I told him again I have control of the situation. He laughed and said no you don't. I said oh yeah?? Then for some reason and I don't know why, but I knew if I fell dow, II would wake up. So I fell to my knees, woke up, looked around my room and yelled YES! like I just won the lottery LOL! Adrenaline was coursing through me and I was so amped up. Then I had this overwhelming feeling the police were going to show up to my house, I had to look out the window for them. It took me a while to settle down and fully understand it was really only just a dream and nobody knew anything that just happened!!. It was the craziest and most exciting thing I had ever experienced. To this day I can not repeat anything close to that, but I really want to!!
I’m here because I just woke up from a lucid dream which in I had full control of everything! it was AMAZING and I wanna experience that every single night! In the dream I flew in the sky, I teleported to different countries and I was able to be in the body of my favourite characters and live and control their stories!
I had a lucid dream where it started out as a normal dream where I was a squirrel running from an absolutely massive pitbull, then, randomly, I just said "Wait a minute, this is a dream." and started chasing the dog. It was weird.
I have these dreams where. I would do a reality Reality check and start to think I’m lucid dreaming but it turns out I’m just having a dream about having a lucid dream and it’s really weird.
I had one lucid dream and immediately I felt so empowered and so amazed. I made the best of the short time it lasted. I was in a museum type place and I told myself, "Really look at things to see what they look like in a dream. I observed the long wooden bannister on the stairs and the detail was amazing. There was a table full of toys and I saw a doll, face down, lying there. I thought, like all dreams, I will turn it over and it will be like a monster, but to my surprise, it was just a regular doll. I wanted more, but it vanished. Ever since I've been trying to have another...
My wife passed away last year and occasionally, after waking and falling back to sleep, I will be with her in our bed. The best part is being able to feel skin contact. Something I can’t do during a normal dream. I try to hang on to her, but can only do so briefly before I wake up.
once i experienced lucid dream without knowing about it at all and it was amazing , i was waking up at night and then i felt so sleepy while i was watching a video , then i just closed my eyes and felt with that kind of hollusination like my body is flying out of my real body in the room ,then i couldn't move at all and my mind was fully awakw and suddenly i started dreaming i found myself in the ground then i fly into the sky it was amazing i kept telling myself i know i'm dreaming right now and i want to take the advantages out of it and enjoy looking at the sky ,and that's it
I have been attempting to explore this phenomenon, and I have finally succeeded. I am experiencing recurring lucid dreams wherein I am able to exert control. However, when I inform the dream characters that I am aware it's a dream, and I am currently in a state of sleep while they are not real, they bizarrely begin to attack me. On one occasion during a lucid dream, they insisted that it was reality, not a dream. In response, I humorously asked them, "Alright, now tell me, what time is it? What year is it?" They remained silent and provided peculiar responses, leaving me amused. 🤣
All I know is, once the day comes when I have a lucid dream, it is going to be so beyond chaotic and fucking whacky. I have so many things going on in my mind that I’d love to make happen in a dream like this (superpowers, intergalactic travel, throwing an extreme rave party with so many cartoon characters, performing in a symphony orchestra, having a hot ass werewolf boyfriend, and way too many more I have in mind).
_"throwing an extreme rave party with so many cartoon characters" O.K. I have to admit, I'm stealing that & placing it in the ole memory bank. The Trix Rabbit & Hong Kong Fooey would be fun to hang with. Thanks 😉
I sometimes realize that I am in a dream, but the process of realization actually wakes me. It always happens if I am in a bad situation, such as a plane crash or a boat sinking in the ocean. I want it to be a dream and ask myself if I can feel the pillow next to my face. When I realize that I can, then I know I am dreaming but automatically wake up because my thoughts shift from the bad situation to the touch of the real pillow against my face. So, my "lucid dreams" always start with a bad situation and end within seconds.
My nightmares feel like reality. In my nightmares, I wake up to my normal surroundings, I walk through the house and feel as though something is not right and feel the urgent need to wake up. When I was young, I used to be able to shake my head really fast and wake up. I now have to jump on something high, a clue that I am in fact dreaming cause normally I wouldn't be able to do that. Jump off the dresser and land on my head. Or jump out of a window anything to jolt me awake. I have never in my life had any sort of monster or any weird person chasing me dream. I have always known if I am dreaming or not. Good dreams to me are like I am watching a movie as it's being played out with me in it and I just roll with it. I only have about 7 dreams with minor variations. I like the dream journal idea but just have never followed though with setting it up.
I have always wanted to learn lucid dreaming, but nothing really helped. Your Video really changed my way of trying. Greetings and thanks from Germany 🇩🇪 Edit: And great shoutout to the narrator of the video, because he was great leading us through the video👌🏻👍🏻
I don’t think I’m having lucid dreams, they are so vivid I wake up and question which reality is real. I don’t believe in things that are not science based- so I am aware these are dreams.. but I’m starting to feel pretty anxious from the number of vivid dreams I have and their content. There (usually) are no unreal aspects. It’s pretty typical experiences, it’s just the intensity of how real they feel. I can taste and smell and feel. I keep looking for studies to help me with these- I enjoy them, they feel like lifetimes for me, I just don’t like waking up with the anxiety of not knowing where I am or if I’m dreaming. Some days, the whole day feels like a dream.
I'm having this problem. My dreams are so vivid that I wake up and have to be awake and walk around for a few minutes just to make sure I'm in reality. Even after dreams so hideous they couldn't possibly be real, I'm super nervous anyway because I could smell things, feel things, and see things that stick with me like a toxic residue sometimes for days.
Sadly I haven't dreamt in many years I think I did deam when I had brutal hypersonia I still think untreated Parathyroid disease. Recently started getting brutal insomnia and without drugs it's impossible to sleep. I think probably my Thyroid is also acting up and untreated. My Thyroid was elevated for at least 2 years without Treatment. Hopefully treating these conditions will help.
The first and last time I lucid dream was after half a year of trying. I had a few seconds of lucidity, the moment I knew I was in a dream I tried flying or doing something special but then I woke up. I checked too and yep it was real. it's also been half a year since so.. this time I'll get this working. I'll try all of the methods all at once until I succeed.
We're not self aware in our dreams. Hmm, interesting, I'm pretty sure I'm self aware but there are two types of dreams I have. One is where I'm in my body, looking out through my eyes as I move around the dreamscape. The other is where I see myself, like a video game looking down at myself as I move around. Then the lucid dreams, I've had both, looking out through my own eyes and the other where I'm looking at myself. Oh I've also died in my dreams, that was crazy it woke me right up!
I find the video slightly oversimplified about what is lucid dreaming. We tend to forget deliberately or not that this is an Ancestral practice that has been used across many parts of the world and culture (Buddhists in Asia and Toltec in America) and we must refer it. Also it is important to mention that no one can control their dreams, this completely inaccurate and misleading.
I thought I was starting my day then after a few minutes, I was like traveling back to my bed then start another scenarios then back to the bed then start again. Weird, i thought I was already dead.
I am afraid to say what I dreamed and I did the experience where I woke up within the dream and then went right back to the part where i left off at. It involved my life cycle. I had gone through different versions of my life which explained all the back to my generational family tree line. It also explained how my soul the sound of my soul attracts to the same color soul of someone then that would be my partner in every time line of the universe. I also got to see the ancient ones who spoke in a language kind of like the darkness before god before the devil which spoke in an ancient language but in the dream i will call them the ancients were speaking and explaining how i came to be there and knew what they were speaking to understand them. I got to see in different time lines my paths of alternate worlds where I was and who I was. How I came to look, smell, touch my destiny and my darkness. In the darkness where was all my bad choices were and how i came to be there and what my purpose was there. I am afraid to go more into it because at one point it seemed very real and I got to see exactly the beings that made and designed humanity. I also got to see the ones in power and their roles in this world and who there were and why they do what they do and what they need.
I had this Lucid dream about a month ago where i was stranded in a desert with elemental power and after some time of walking i find like a hub there was people from my school there to as npc i guess and they called it the desert hub where you could take classes in fighting magic and Biology and there was a map there to where everything on it was like 3D
I’m just deciding to use this, and try to lucid dream. I just want to attack that demon that I saw once in a dream a few days ago who said they will kill me, but also have the power to run away and not die in that dream and wake up too too scared.
I had a lucid dream once where I woke up because of my Alarm. I believed that I wasn’t finished and that I could not leave it behind like that, so I just slept again and went back into the dream 😅 Is that normal?
A few times when I was a child, I would be able to notice that I was in nightmares and that the monster wasn’t real and that it’s all fake. So I would open my eyes even though they were already open sometimes it would hurt but in the end it worked and I would wake up
When you guys lucid dream what do you do to control the dream world? I wanna dream so i can love my mermaid life on my head, how will i make it so i get my tail? What if im not underwater in the dream? What do i do!
can anybody make a video about how to stop unwanted lucid dreaming plz?! m having this in 9 out of 10 nights and its always like an OBE and always like a nightmare... really hard to wake up and feels like hours with ppl following me try to harm me torture me and scare the shit out of me... plz anyone can teach ppl how to quit ... a video or an advice who can help... TY
hey I hope you're doing better, but I did find this online, "A lucid dream is any normal dream where you are aware you are in a dream. This gives you an advantage in controlling your dream. While you cannot prevent nightmares, you can take control over your nightmare. - If you want to change your dream just spin around and around for about ten seconds. When you stop spinning you’ll find yourself in a new dream. - In a lucid dream you can develop superpowers like flying, or walking through walls. Flying takes some practice, but walking through walls is easy. Just turn you back to the wall and walk backwards. It works. - In a lucid dream you can gather your courage and fight your nightmare creatures. Just be brave and believe in yourself. - Finally, you can make friends with scary things in your dream. Yes, just asks them if you can be friends. It works, and the scary things are no longer scary"
Im lucid dreaming since I was a child and I had my method there was no internet and nobody ever told me you can do this and my parents wouldnt believe that Im telling the truth
When i go to sleep its just black then i wake up every night forever thats all that happens and thats all that have happend my entire life and its all i want because i find dreams boring because i know its fake
Man I don’t have lucid dreams. I have lucid nightmares. I can divergent myself out of nightmares and produce weapons to destroy enemies but I’ve never had a good lucid dream. They’ve all been “Oh shit, here we go again.”
Thanks for the video. I used to lucid dream and control them frequently in my childhood. I would fly with or without a destination (remember go to Disney world often) or sit with/in the arms of my late grandma. The lucid dreams became less frequent after moving out of my abusive childhood home. Healing from a toxic relationship recently, I had four in one month. I’ve decided I want these dreams even when I don’t need them. Your video and advice is my first step towards ‘dreaming for fun’ ❤️🩹🦢

in my lucid dream I had multiple egos and was very confused who am I since all of them talk differently.
Oh that's a good one!
Well these techniques works really nicely....thx

is it normal to be able to lucid dream on command apart from being able to control what happens in them?
I had a lucid dream once where I woke up because of my Alarm. I believed that I wasn’t finished and that I could not leave it behind like that, so I just slept again and went back into the dream 😅 Is that normal?

What's the mask in the video?
Most of the time I'm aware that I'm in a dream, and so are the characters in my dream aware, lol 😂, but I never get to cotrol them.
I have been doing this since I was little without knowing I'm doing it
Oh, heck yeah! 🙌 great content: I'm sending you good vibes & im wishing for sweet dreams, for you & everyone who drops a comment. 🤩
How do I stop it?? Cause I have it everyday

I have had a lot of lucid nightmares in my time.
I’ve got to try this!
the ending of this video had me looking for more dopamine
Woah. This is cool .
The last part is hilarious 😂😂
Glad you enjoyed the little easter egg!

Flying solo to Disney would be the way to go. Could you ALSO skip the lines?
