We got rid of the rear brake "bark" on my RS660 by examining and disassembling the brake pads and servicing them with Never-Seize, a lubricating anti-seize compound.
It's likely the rear brake pads have some road grit integrated into their working surfaces. Pull them out, inspect and maybe lightly sand. Reinstall. Go!
The noise on the brakes could be from contaminants on the brake pads and or disks. Commonly happens when people overspray chain oil on their brake discs. Cleaning them with brake cleaner or alcohol can sometimes fix noise problems like that. But I don’t even own a motorcycle I just ride mountain bikes. Hope that helps.
Aprilia North America called me today. They said there's an update for the throttle bodies and the rear brake free of charge and they're also paying for my first full service. Just wanted to let you know yammy check it out.
Squeaky brakes are usually from brake dust. Maybe put the bike on a rear stand, undo the rear caliper bolts and clean the caliper and rotor with brake cleaner. Should do the trick.
Papa Yam, you know its a bit of dirt on brake pad, also breaking in the surfaces. How I miss the Austin area. At least East Texas has the pine curtain and lonely roads to ride my Honda around.
This is the answer! Do a wipe down of the disc with some brake clean (both sides!) and do a hot break in of the pads. Easy way to do it is to kind of 'ride the brakes'. Heat em up, hit em hard without locking/engaging ABS. They should bed in just fine as an OEM pad. Source; Race/Track Pads on street cars do the same thing until you beat them up a bit.

"This is a slow motorcycle" - with 92 hp? You're on a public road, not a track. 92 hp on that bike will out-accelerate almost all cars on the road. How can anyone respect your channel with ridiculous statements like that? For an "advanced biker" as you claim, your sense of safety is rather poor. At times you are almost tail gating the red car, and talking while gesticulating with only one hand on the bars. If you suddenly had to brake it would take you a second or so to reach both bars. At your speeds that's around 100 feet travelled. You'd hit that car before you took control. So who is the "beginner" biker now?

The squeak from the rear break could be caused by dust on the disk, but most likely by the break pads vibrating a little bit much
