It's really nice to see more people move to Belgrade overall. I hope you enjoy your stay here, despite our city's many flaws. Just a piece of advice: avoid the outskirts like Mirijevo, Radiofar, Zemun polje, Ledine, Altina like the plauge. They're dirty, expensive, a lot of the houses aren't connected to the plumbing system, they're built like a village so in some places there isn't proper public transport or sidewalks. If you ever get tired of the centre though, there are well-connected quaint suburbs like Bežanijska kosa or Banovo Brdo. (P.S., they're replacing the trolleybuses with battery buses so in the time period that they do, traffic will be absolute hell. Good luck! 😭🤞)
Great video, Blair In Belgrade. Looking forward to seeing more content from you. I hit the thumbs up icon on your upload. Keep up the fantastic work! Your insights on the importance of community in finding housing are spot on. Have you considered discussing the differences in housing experiences between long-term expats and short-term tourists in future videos?
Thank you for your support and kind words 🙂 As for the housing experiences between long-term expats and short-term tourists, I'll make a future video :)
Thank you for mentioning this! I've met a few foreign couples and singles who are retired here, but they still do contract work or run their businesses back in the US. If you're interested in retiring in Serbia, feel free to send me an email, and I can have me team look into the process for retiring as a foreigner. As for medical plans and healthcare for tourists, I did a video about it. I also have a portfolio of doctors, dentists, and beauty clinics I recommend to my clients. Next month, I will also launch medical tourism packages for clients who want to come for medical, dental, and cosmetic care. Send me an email if specific details: contact.abcexperiences@gmail.com

I love living in the city center, and if I were to move, it would be to Dorćol :)

Hi! Thanks for you video
What do you think about Zemun?
Oh, Zemun! I completely forgot to add Zemun! It's lovely, I like walking along the Danube to Zemun and seeing the Swans 🥰
You left out location for retired couples or singles. How about medical plan contacts for tourists and temporary residents?
Thank you for mentioning this!

@blairinbelgradeTV Thanks. I really appreciate it.
driving through belgrade is a hell.
I don't have a car, and walk everywhere. So, for me it's quite nice.
I don't think you really need a car to get around Belgrade.
Public transportation is now FREE in Belgrade.
Beautiful young woman from across the ocean want to be in Serbia now??? Really? In this hard time for my country??? What is wrong with you lady?
