      No worries, you come to the right place : ) I would say a good place to start would be
      - Intake
      - Catback Exhaust
      - Springs
      - rear sway bar
      - catch can
      - Upgraded Lower engine mount bushings
      - Intercooler and down pipe if you have a turbo
      - Then a tune
      N75 Motorsports website would be an excellent place to start looking for parts

    So something to keep in mind regarding these cars. Without a tune the stock ECU will limit to about 10ish HP over Stock as per the forums. You could throw a bunch of upgrades at it, but without the tune it’s pointless.
    If you do the tune than you have to run on premium gas.
    Also you forgot about the hot pipe upgrade and BOV. The intake noise can’t be heard unless the hood is open unfortunately.

      That's a great point about the tune. Jb4 is also a great alternative if someone wants to avoid touching the ECU. I could hear my intake noise before I got my BOV or hot pipe on mine. But the hot pipe and BOV definitely increased the sound a lot. I appreciate the feedback and thank you for you checking out my video : )

    Curious about the N badges, is it just a joke? Coming from someone who owns an Elantra N, it doesn't bother me or anything, but when I owned a base model 10th gen Civic and was active in that community, putting "Type R" badges on a Civic Si or a base Civic was seen as blasphemy. Maybe it's not the same in the KDM/Hyundai world, I'm curious to know.

    • @dominicg2456
      @dominicg2456 4 месяца назад +1

      @@ashtonfricton8314 No, I own an Elantra N. It has a 2.0 liter turbo engine that outputs 276 horsepower stock. The N-Line is a lower trim that comes with the same 1.6 liter turbo engine that we see in the video, which puts out 200 horsepower stock.
      On top of that, the Elantra N has a stiffer chassis, adaptive suspension, adaptive steering, an active exhaust, an electronic limited slip differential, big brakes, Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires, and other performance oriented features that make it great for track driving. The N is a sports car, and it gets that N badge. The N-line is more like a sporty commuter car, it gets an "N-Line" badge instead, not the N that we see in this video.

    • @ashtonfricton8314
      @ashtonfricton8314 4 месяца назад +1

      @@dominicg2456 holy shit u must have been excited to fucking argue w someone. But either way I thought it was an N-line badge not N, but at this point when he has it modded this much it practically is an N and probably makes close to the same power

    • @dominicg2456
      @dominicg2456 4 месяца назад +1

      @@ashtonfricton8314 I don't know why you think I was excited to argue, I was just informing you that you were wrong about the N being the same as the N-Line. It seems like you don't know what the N is. No amount of mods to the base Elantra can allow it to handle as well as the N. The N has an actual limited slip differential, a stiffer chassis, and a better transmission. The N-line 1.6t engine can't make 276 horsepower on the stock turbo, plus the Elantra N doesn't actually make 276 horsepower, it actually sits closer to 300 horsepower in the real world. I think you should do some research into the cars you're talking about, because you're really making yourself look bad here. I'm not sure how getting the badges mixed up has anything to do with your original reply, because if you look at my comment I had already said that:
      1. Its an N badge on the car
      2. I own an N, not an N-Line
      So don't try to act like you knew what the Elantra N was in the first place.
      I'll put it in Honda terms because that's the platform I came from and it's well known by now.
      The Elantra N is like a Civic Type R. The Elantra N-line/Sport is like a Civic Si. The Si is cool and all, but the Type R is leagues better.
      Hope this helps you understand the confusion about why there's an N badge on a non-N car.

    Eh odd list. This is more a list of your mods rather than the best mods.
    In no particular order, I'd argue that the best mods are
    1. Grill mod, makes the car look amazing
    2. EBCS - helps with the car cutting power and is a requirement for tuning
    3. Intake - sounds great and changes engine note
    4. Exhaust/dp
    5. Definitely a tune, felt amazing after
    6. Engine mount bushings, deleted the wheel hop for me
    7. Rear sway bar - makes the car handle amazing.

      @@emans2475Love the build and the car looks amazing. I think my comment was a little harsher than I meant to, I'm currently on a bunch of pain killers eating a liquid only dirt so my bad.
      Generally, just thought it was weird to recommend a specific wheel/tire rather than just listing aftermarket wheels. Also, catch cans are 100% a scam. Sxth charging $300 for dual catch cans is ridiculous. Yes carbon build up is an issue, but you're better off spending the $300 on a walnut blasting halfway into your ownership.
      Not a single person has ever owned 2 of the same cars, driven them the same way, with an OCC and without and shown the differences. It's completely unscientific. Everyone with an OCC still gets carbon build up, they just say "oh I bet I would have had more without a catch can". A walnut blasting is a real treatment.
      Biggest disagreement is leaving out the motor mount bushings. That's such an important mod for deleting wheel hop.
      Still a great build tho, I miss my ES a lot

    • @emans2475
      @emans2475  6 месяцев назад

      No worries at all, bro, and I appreciate you! Honestly, you're right. Catch can help a bit, but they aren't the silver bullet. 300 dollars is a lot for some oil separators, lol. I'm running distilled water injection now, and it's helping to keep my intake valves clean and IATs low. Hey, and I pray that whatever you're going through, you are strengthened and encouraged in Jesus' name, Amen
