Hey Skillz, I noticed when I visit Roy I cannot access his inventory. When I walk up to him theirs an exclamation mark over his name and I've been checking some reddit forums and I cannot understand what is going on. Have you noticed that before?

oh go to the right of the table you just need to talk to him part of the some cutscene. The table to the right should have a interact button
Is the a point to gaining proficiency with weapons you dont use or is it just incase you use it later its already good
To raise your overall expertise you need to get item proficient
You forgot the clan vendor
That was the 3rd vendor he checked actually

you can buy a named item and donate them to your expertise 20 named or weapons will get it proficient
Donate at the tinkering bench/station under expertise “donate junk”.
@@NothinButSkillz quick question does doing this give proficiency on that particular weapon or the whole weapon type like lmg ar smg or shotgun
