I have first seen this on google maps, then I drove near by in Bangkok but not into the compound. Glad to see a video here, it looks very nice. And I love the sentence about real thailand is all thailand.
very quiet area during the passage. the context is valuable, with roadsides and gardens characterized by large plants, wonderful banana trees, and well-made low ornamental hedges
That used to be "The Crest". When I worked at Plus Property (subsidiary of Sansiri), we had the property management on this project, and it was one of those that I had to keep an eye on as the Public Relations Manager. I still remember it being built.... great to see it again as it looks right now.
Wow what a beautiful property and so tranquil and not in the hustle and bustle but still good access to all other amenities in the surrounding area 👍🇹🇭 thanks for also showing us some nice sunshine 🌞❤️🏴
Yor upload rate, ground covered, and so on is phenomenal GTM,everytime i log on ,a new video, and am not knocking it mate at all,its brilliant as are your videos, enjoy your day :)
Wow this is beautiful. Too bad it’s unreachable price wise for most but I’m sure there are other nice places that are affordable too. It’s good to mention that everything in Thailand is real Thailand, everywhere has its different sides whether it be more luxurious or not plus the good and bad which is anywhere you go. We love to see all sides.
GTM ..., let's see a video of the same area during the 4 month raining season!!! How many feet of water??? Historically ..., Sukhumvit floods each year ...,
More like 120++ mil thb. You can’t even buy 1/4 of the land for each of this house for under 20mm thb. The land alone would worth 80mm thb or more (2.5mm USD)
Very beautiful houses👍👍. I see that often in in Thailand, when they construct new housing compounds. They are very generous with of the space of the roads but very thrifty with the space between the houses. Can‘t understand why. Bigger garden is better that bigger roads in my opinion.
Wow…..never saw this area….this is beautiful, seems like you have left Thailand here…I think this is for rich farang……thanks for showing this area Jeroen!
Beautiful calm place to live if you're a house person...wich I myself are not...I like condos...high, high UP...But nevertheless, a beautiful compound🤌. Thanx Mr.J🙏
Really nice. So for an expat who definitely would feel better with a bit of space or something more of a home, how long of an average walk would you say it is from your house to the entrance where you could get that tuktuk ride to the bts? Just curious.
Fantastic videos. If you get a chance could you go out to the Bangkhae area? I saw the one at the mall Bangkhae but recommended you continue from there.
What a magnificent property and area! Definitely luxurious with an upscale price (even for Chicago standards). QUESTION: What percentage of your clients have their rent paid for by either the company that they are employed for as compared to paying $5,400 USD per month out-of-pocket? I’m guessing that many of your clients are CEO’s, etc. You have an excellent business model.
I've heard of housing allowances for exectutives stationed abroad that range from $1,000 a month to over $15,000 a month, depending on high up you are on thr corporate ladder. Here's a sample of a Western Union exectutive's housing contract where he's getting a $20,000 a month housing allowance to live in London. "The Company will provide and pay for the rental of an apartment in an area within reasonable commuting distance to the London office, not to exceed $20,463 USD per month (exclusive of utilities) with a Utility Allowance not to exceed an average of $1,179 USD per month. If you elect housing which results in a cost in excess of this allowance, you agree to pay the difference." I think you're correct in guessing that most of those homes are rented by exectutives. I also would guess that quite a few of them are empty now.
I wish you would have devoted more of the video to a tour of the home. You moved quickly through the main floor and didn't show the second floor. Consider showing less of the outdoor areas.
Hi Tom, the purpose of this video on Global Travel Mate was to show the Area. The full home tour can be seen here on Sukhumvit Homes. ruclips.net/video/icIUVtajWKM/видео.html
I am interested in something like this, but for a little lower budget, and I dont mind being further outside the city center. Anyone have any suggestions for compounds a little cheaper villa for around 100k?
As I research quickly, most of them is vacant. The pattern of ‘Compound’ that is different to its surrounding is the characteristic of Bangkok. As its urbaner, BKK is quite bad in term of city planning, so you would see beautiful but weird projects all the area which reflects the uniqueness and economic inequality at the same time.
Dude. The houses in this village is like +90% occupied. What are you smoking? I own one of the house in this village (in Thailand we called village for a housing development) btw.
@@215EEL dude. Where did you get the 75% stats from? There are 100 houses in this development and around 10-12 houses are on market for sales/rent. That is like 10%.
I wasted all these minutes to see the house only to watch him riding around and then he spent less than 3 minutes showing the house and didn’t even show the 2nd story! Wow! Terrible review! I can never get that time back!
Well, it says that the video is about the "Luxury Housing Compound", not house. Also in the description it mentions the link to the house video on Sukhumvit Homes.
@@globaltravelmate You clearly say that you are “going to film a really nice house”. You mention that at least twice at the beginning of the video. I’m a licensed real estate agent myself and when you say that you are going to film a nice house then it is expected that the viewer gets to see the whole house.
@lisadenson8814 I think it clearly states that it's a day in the life and if you want to see more go to his real estate channel. I wonder how many of your clients have had a multiples of 13 mins wasted when you dont bother to listen to their brief and show them around the places that you think you heard them say that they wanted. Are you using an assumed name? as I am pretty sure that Karen is more appropriate after this comment

Very nice, an oasis inside the city. I personally love that area.
Love what you said about the real Thailand. Everywhere and everything in Thailand is REAL Thailand.
very quiet area during the passage. the context is valuable, with roadsides and gardens characterized by large plants, wonderful banana trees, and well-made low ornamental hedges
Nice!
Farang in Thai : Nice beautiful sun
Thai people : Sun is a deadly lazer
BTW nice Neighborhood
This really makes you aware of how expensive land is in Bangkok. There’s so little space between these very large houses.
Love your video.. brings back memories for the late 90's and 2002 in BKK. Love the traffic navigation:)

Hi Jeroen, I love your rain videos. The heavier the rain, the better!
You should go to Pattaya when it's raining, the streets were like an outdoor swimming pool recently. You'll enjoy it 😁

Very cool!! Now I know where I can stay when I visit Thailand:-)
Wow! What a beautiful place! I think of Bangkok as busy and noisy all the time but this really is a quiet and peaceful place.

AMAZING PLACE! LOOKS LIKE A SMALL SHANGRI LA!
Are there any other videos of compounds like this? This is so nice🔥
Wow, a luxury oasis for sure. Back in the days, Sukhumvit Soi 67 would be considered "out in the boondocks". Times are a changing!
I still would not call it "city center" but as much as I like his videos, Global Travelmate is still a real estate agent after all.
Beautiful, what is the cost to purchase a home like this?
Beautiful video, but 180k baht per month for a small house is very costly!
This looks beautiful, green and very clean! 🙏
Very nice expensive and no sidewalks (most of them)
I am so surprised how large this compound is. what was this property prior to this development?

different countries certainly have different styles!
very, very nice, very peacefull, it reminds me a little bit of Julianadop at Curacao, wel iets anders dan al die appartementen!

Biking tip: stay close to the center of the lane as cars are less likely to try and squeeze by you which can be dangerous for you the rider
Hi GTM ♥️🌟 long time no see... nonetheless a beautiful video ! Was amazed to see such a beautiful and calming space in the heart of BKK.

How much does this house cost? Anyone from Thailand familiar with this area,I know foreigners can't own land but still would like to know.thank you.
Probably 80-100 million baht.

nice place :) for your info nothing under 150 000 thb/month for the smaller houses in this neighborhood, living there have a cost.
Will you be able to video the fire sale condo near bts or Mrt station? Indicate the price , location, and how to reach the seller thank you
Is there a land inside the compound for sale that I can buy and build my own style
