@DanielFruckinFlower It snowed on Monday, I skied at Arinsal yesterday and it was great with new snow and it was bitterly cold. They are making snow nonstop. Arcalís was very good too this morning!

I'm in Grandvalira at the moment for my first ever Andorra holiday, and a bit disappointed for the time of year how many reds are only partially opened or closed and most of the black slopes are totally closed too. Like you said, lots of sugary snow on top of some really nasty ice. Some good blues though. Yesterday they shut most of the resort about 2.30pm because of high winds.
I was in Grandvalira this week , bearing in mind the man made snow it was very good on Monday , today it was really icy. Last few years we’ve had great snow beginning of December , horrible Xmas New Year ….better end of January …..ok half term and end of season it’s been excellent then the close it. Not sure why but that’s been the last 4 seasons to my recollection.
@smarti-hx6qv Thank you for your honest comment, I was at Grandvalira this morning and I concurred. The black at Grau Roig was icy but they did a good job on the blue runs. Boy, it went from sunny to gloomy then started to snow in seconds today. Stay safe and enjoy them blue runs. Happy skiing!!!

@alvinlacson610 Thank you and a very happy New Year to you too 🎊🎉 According to Grandvalira’s website, the 2025 ski season ends on April 20 (subject to weather snow conditions). The season is longer than last season YAY!!! Do take care and happy skiing ⛷️
