he said it during the stream so like idky u didnt see it but he has her on freedom sworn and on xilonen u need to crystalize twice to proc the passive properly and since rhe burst does aoe geo dmg the second crystalize goes off. also ngl after playing her myself usually the rotation isnt long enough to lose uptime on it but ig you could technically just burst before u skill, but your energy is less efficient that way
