fontaine is just too plain for my taste lol i would rather have a simpler story like natlan than convoluted making no sense trials that i have to go through and playing some sort of detective. it had its moments sometimes but overall its very forgettable aside from maybe the furina trial

Just because he does a lot of damage doesn't mean he's fun to play. With him you just hold left click. Xiao is more fun to play, Navia is more fun to play, Arlechinno is more fun to play, Alhaitham is more fun to play and they deal good damage as well. I can keep going.

SPOILERS FOR NATLAN ARCHON QUEST i mean, i'm biased cause i love natlan and its lore but you can't tell me the idea of heroes of the past projecting their consciousness to the future in order to lead the newly appointed heroes in a 500 year long plan isn't cool as shit, plus the fact that mavuika literally broke the sky, proving that the sky is fake? that shit was awesome. Fontaine archon qust as a whole was still better but natlan is much more than "power of friendship", and the early parts of fontaine were boring in my opinion, but the later ones (aka after the fortress arc) were peak cinema and no one can tell me otherwise, it'll be hard af to beat or even rival. As for neuvillette: i guess that's fair, some people don't want to do a full rotation to beat some hilichurls and i get it, BUT when all you have to do is press E and then charged attack and boom you cleared a full side of the abyss it does get boring after you've done it 100 times. At least some other NA and CA spammers have some decently interesting animations or a lot of pretty numbers but no, Neuvi is just "big cannon and blue numbers" it's so bland and boring to watch and play. It doesn't scratch the monkey part of my brain that likes to see flips and rainbow numbers.

I got him when he was first released, but then I quit genshin for about a year after that because of school. I'm now finally getting back on the game and after building him, I kinda feel like his play style is underwhelming. I really enjoy playing national team, where you can just focus on reactions and spamming your skills and bursts until the enemies are dead. Now that we got Yelan, I wish there would be 5 star Bennet and Xiangling too, so I can run two national teams for spiral abyss.
