No, but Al-Julani understand that when the Ottoman Empire fell after World War I. Syria is what Turks and Saudi abandoned. This is how a small Alowate minority that lived on the coast of Syria took over this very improvised country. Even when Assad was father was ruling Syria it was a failed state.

@ you can have a corporation of how many co owners you wish. What you are talking about is when you have only 2 co-owners, and the inherents are not adults. Then yes, dissolve the business, give them their fair part and then recreate your business. This was put in place to preserve the rights of the folks inheriting the deceased partner.
After all, sharia law in business are not a Quran. They are inspired from it and evolve.
The only conflicting sharia law with let’s say modern banking is the interest rate. You give a loan, either you admit the risk and the profit as a Venture Capital or you ask for only your capital.

Reconstruction????, You have to be kidding - its a power vacuum. It needs to stabilize first. And that means various armed groups and ethical groups need to work together and decide the future political landscape like constitution etc. Done of the groups have no history or experience in the field and there are no good examples to draw on.
The smart money would be on a Syria' in name only' (if that), and the country divided into self armed, self admin'ed regions. The only other scenario is mucho interference and de facto dividing up from self interested surrounding nations (which is what appears to be happening already - Turkey and the Golan heights). The worse case for for the Syrians would be an ongoing proxy war between all of the above as per Lebanon.
The LEAST likely outcome is a happy, united, prosperous, independent, reconstructed Syria. Sad but true.

Yes, the ancient hebrews ancestors are actually cannannites, not as what the bible said that they are descendants of patriarch ( three biblical figures Abraham, Issac, jacob).

Say what you want, but as a German, i definitely would have prefered a stabile Gouvernment under Assad, why?
Because if anything us Europeans learned the past 10-15 Years, it is that when the USA helps topple any Gouvernments close to Europe, we European Common Folk have to end up dealing with it, aka all the Refugees, while the Americans can keep living like nothing has changed whatsoever
This was true for Libya, this was true for Iraq, Afghanistan and even the earlier Days of the Conflict and Proxy War in Syria
So what's gonna happen next? Yeah, we Europeans once again have to clean up after the stupid Americans intervening in Issues they shouldn't have intervened in
That said, none of us bame the Refugees themselves obviously, but it's frustrating how the USA can constantly help topple Regimes they don't like close to Europe and then we European Common People have to deal with the Consequences
Prost & Cheers from Berchtesgaden in the Bavarian Alps

Oh trust me, i work for the IFZ in Munich, Germany, i know. Are you are telling me the US Gouvernment had no Hand in toppling Assad's Regime whatsoever?
How about Israel in Conjunction with the USA?
If your Comment is correct i'm gonna assume most of those Syrian Refugees in the upcoming Months will be accepted and taken by Lebanon, Turkey and Israel and not by Western Europe like last Time

    • @sunshine6522
      @sunshine6522 20 дней назад +3

@@chartreux1532 There is no evidence of any US involvement in the toppling of Assad.
Israel did play a significant role, but an indirect one. Hezbollah started a war against Israel, so Israel gave Hezbollah a little spanking, which in turn weakened Hezbollah to a point where it was unable to help the Assad regime.
Refugees are currently returning to Syria from Turkey, there won't necessarily be another refugee crisis. but even if there is- it is ultimately up to Germany and Europe to decide if they want to take in any of them. you're the ones who made the mistake of taking them in last time, so why do you blame America for your own mistake?

SDF recently establish group by the americans, named changed from the pkk so it will look different. Kobani is called for Ayn al-Arab by the way. Also Kurds are different from PKK, not every Kurd supports PKK. Syrian Kurds makes out %3 of the total population of Syria, They cant hold 35 40 per cent of the country. SO here whats gonna happen. PKK or SDF will leave Syria or will get destroyed by Free Syria Army, American or american puppets will have no place in Syria.
