How much back spacing were you running on the wheels? Those look like the AEVs which have 5.2 BS, which everyone says isn’t enough for 37s. We’re you running spacers?
The axles were completely stock when I had the Dana 30. I did have the Electronic locker in the rear, but the front and rear was the 3.73 gear ratio.The dana 30 had a truss and gussets. Other than that it was stock.
They are tinted from the factory, I did tint my soft uppers on my doors though. I forget the name of the company but if you google soft top tint I’m sure it’ll come up

Depends how hard you wheel and the conditions. I’ve seen a D30 blow up on 33’s and I’ve seen them live on 40’s. Alllll depends

They are the AEV savagere wheels. I sold them long ago, but I do believe they were 8” wide with +18mm offset. I did have 1.5” wheel spacers
