Bekar solution. Worst one. Why didn’t you dare to open the camera after unlocking the phone?? Disabling the camera service for the whole iPhone is not the solution. You need to show something how we can remove this unwanted camera shortcut only from the lock screen.
I agree. This is not a solution. SMH. I still to be able to use the camera.
Honestly I’ve no idea why Apple just don’t fix this and allow users to remove / switch on or off the camera widget on Lock Screen. my iPhone 15 pro is randomly opening the camera while locked in my pocket I only notice when I feel the heat building up!
This video is not the solution but creates an other pain in the arse when you actually want to use the camera!
@@buntobrown correct. I just made an workaround for this mishap, however not a concrete solution. Simply added some automation from shortcut app that while opening the camera app iPhone will be locked and then will give a popup whether to run camera or not. Based on the input it will either open the camera or go to
Home/lock Screen. In this way unconsciously opening of camera can be provoked.

@@buntobrown my wife's 14 pro max brought me here. I feel your pain. Although it is somewhat amusing (I use a Galaxy and she mocks me for it) that I can simply swap out my camera shortcut for something else and she can't. Hopefully Apple sorts this out soon 😊
That also removes the camera icon from the home screen, not what you want.
That's a really bad problem with the iPhone, the camera opens when you have it in your pocket and they don't do anything to fix the software and the phone heats up and eats up the battery 😡😡😡
